The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Easy walking access to downtown Springfield eateries, stores & the Willamette River trail. Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!

There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

Charming Bungalow in the Washburne historic district. Ten minutes from the University of Oregon and downtown Eugene. We are located about five minutes from the McKenzie Willamette Hospital, and seven minutes away from Riverbend Hospital. A close walk to galleries, antique shops, new breweries, cafes, and the Wildish Community Theater. Near lovely hiking and biking areas along the Willamette river. Wi-Fi, DVD, and Roku are available for your pleasure as well as a stereo system.

Located in the serene Mohawk Valley, Two Rivers Farm offers a restorative retreat just outside the city. This working farm is situated on 120 acres nestled in the confluence of the Mckenzie River and the Mohawk River. The home, with its surrounding beauty, extensive walking trails, river access, and quick access to town, serves as an excellent place to gather, celebrate, and play. This is the perfect place to host a family and even a work retreat! We just added a hot tub.

Only a short distance from the mountains, rivers, and just 15 minutes from downtown Eugene. Stores, restaurants, wineries, and local breweries all just minutes away. Come enjoy a Duck game, Track event, a concert, or spend a quiet day BBQing in the backyard. Hike along the river or explore the beauty of our local wine country.

Located in quiet neighborhood. Visit any of a number of restaurants, shops and pubs in downtown Springfield. It is a 7 minute drive over to the University of Oregon. This newly renovated one bedroom apartment with A/C is in a peaceful setting and is close to many recreational activities in the area including bike trails along the Willamette River and trails throughout Willamette Heights and Dorris Ranch parks.

Come stay at River Bend Studio, a charming, private guesthouse in N. Springfield. The Studio is equipped with a Serta queen bed, bathroom, and kitchenette that has a sink, dishware, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. We also have WiFi and streaming TV. The studio looks into our expansive yard shaded by a lovely beech tree in summer. Coffee/tea, water, and breakfast bars are provided.
