Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!

Our beautifully fully-renovated 1905 home is located in the historic Washburne District near downtown restaurants, shops and U of O. It is a gorgeous two-story home with 3 beds, 2 baths, and an office/work-space with a sunny front porch and a large, shaded back yard. It is ideal for a small group of up to 6 people- tweens and older. We provide high-speed internet (400Mbps) and a large screen tv with Netflix near a cozy pot-belly stove.

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)

Come stay at River Bend Studio, a charming, private guesthouse in N. Springfield. The Studio is equipped with a Serta queen bed, bathroom, and kitchenette that has a sink, dishware, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. We also have WiFi and streaming TV. The studio looks into our expansive yard shaded by a lovely beech tree in summer. Coffee/tea, water, and breakfast bars are provided.
