Clutter free and private accomodation..Close to Alexander. Good if you have a group of four and are looking to mountain bike in or around Alex. Recommended 👍

This accommodation was wonderful! The kitchen had everything one could need , and extras like coffee, tea, milk and sugar. King bed was comfy, lots of room to put your luggage, and my favorite was the heated bathroom floor! Jan was the first person to have a night light in the bathroom here in NZ. MUCH appreciated. The location was ideal to walk into the village or even the grocery store 10 minutes away. There were hikes to enjoy without having to get into your car. One of my all time favorite stays for sure .

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Sian’s beautiful Arrowtown accommodation. The views of the sunrise over the mountains were outstanding, and we loved the crisp Central Otago weather. The house feels like a true home — not like your standard NZ builds, but thoughtfully designed with great touches like underfloor heating and massive glass sliding door to capture the views and morning hot air balloon flights. The kitchen was quick and easy to use, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast items, drinks, and even a little present for our dog! Perfect location close to Arrowtown — for autumn festival. We will definitely stay again!

The house was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen had all basic pantry items and there are many shops at walkable distance. Trish and Ken were always very responsive. We left our Bose headphones in there and went to Auckland. Trish was kind enough to courier them to our hotel and even refused to accept payment for the courier charges. A very gracious host and we are very thankful for their kindness.

I needed to make a same day booking and was very lucky to find Amanda's place available in Arrowtown. She was quick to respond after I made the booking, and check in was super easy with clear instructions. The comfy studio has everything you need and was great for an overnight stay. The bed was also heavenly after a long day out on the trails! Would highly recommend to other travelers passing through town.

Absolutely stunning Airbnb and a beautiful experience overall. I recommend this place as highly as anywhere I’ve ever stayed!! It was HUGE!! So spacious yet so comfy and had a really nice, cozy vibe for our autumn visit. The animals are all a huge plus. Felt like such a dream to wake up to those Highland Cows in the paddock!! Thank you Michael. We had a lovely stay in your quiet, private airbnb. It had everything we needed. We were able to cook a meal and do a load of washing easily. It was a nice. flat walk into town where we had a drink at Pauline's Bar. We found your place spotlessly clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy.

Great location for skiing Cardrona. We stayed as 2 families sharing and there was enough room for everyone. We were missing a couple of towels but Hilary was quick to respond and organised for a couple of towels to be dropped off the following day. The pool and spa were lovely after a day of skiing.

We had a wonderful family getaway the home accommodated eight guests very comfortably with all the facilities required to make you feel like you were at home. Very quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to Arrowtown and all facilities to really enjoy Queenstown and its surroundings. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay.

Great communication and comfortable accommodation

The Villa was just what we were looking for: private and peaceful, away from the busy-ness of town, but within easy 10 minute drive if we needed. The view was fantastic, and we would love to return during winter as I’m sure it would be even more beautiful. The outdoor bath is amazing, and being away from town we enjoyed starry nights free of light pollution. The villa was super warm and comfortable - it would have been nice to stay longer. Chris was super responsive and helpful with our questions and we appreciated the bottle of Pinot. Would certainly recommend to other couples who are looking to enjoy the region with a quiet escape.

We really enjoyed our stay at Agnesa's place. The views were amazing and the location was perfect for us. We loved the quiet neighbourhood. The beds were comfy and the house was super clean. We loved the layout and style of the house. Would love to stay again.

The place was honestly even better than the pictures - very roomy with lots of wonderful outdoor space as well. Impeccably clean all around and had everything you could need.

We had a wonderful stay. The well-equipped, modern house is in a perfect, peaceful location, close to many beautiful walks and cycle trails. It had everything we could possibly need, along with fantastic views and a stunning starry sky. A big thank you to Sonya for being a wonderful host and for responding so quickly to our messages.

Great place for family get together, loved the deck outside and lounge space indoors. Would recommend 😀
