Villen als Ferienunterkünfte in Stair of the Turks

Cette villa dépasse toutes les attentes. Tout, tout est fourni pour cuisiner. Vincenzo est très bien organisé et réagit rapidement à toutes les demandes. L’auto est bien sécurisée les trois terrasses sont un plus. Pour visiter les alentours c’est idéal. Les épiceries, poissonnerie et restos divers sont à proximité. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

We spent 2 weeks in Sicily, stayed in 4 different houses, and Germana's and Giuseppe's place was definitely our favourite. The house is much better than on photos, spacious, nicely decorated, super clean. Our favourite part was terrace; big, comfy and direct access to the beach. Germana and Giuseppe thought about everything including beach toys, chairs, shower and hose to get get a sand off. Thank you for having us and being a wonderful host.

De foto's doen dit huis geen recht! Het is echt een prachtige locatie: een mooie tuin met vooral een onvergetelijk uitzicht. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met dit huis als uitvalsbasis. Overdag waren we meestal op pad naar alle mooie plekken in de buurt, maar aan het eind van de middag en 's avonds waren we bij het huis en konden we genieten van de ondergaande zon achter de bergen en de sterrenhemel. De veranda en het terras waren heerlijke plekken om te barbecuen en te zitten. De kinderen vonden het ook fantastisch. De tuin is heel ruim en goed afgezet, waardoor ze vrij konden spelen. De communicatie met en de gastvrijheid van Roberta maakten het helemaal af. Kortom: een plek voor een topvakantie!

Siamo stati accolti splendidamente da Gabriele e dai suoi genitori Salvatore e Francesca, che vivono nella casa accanto. Come stare in famiglia, la casa era completa di tutto (cialde per caffè, saponi vari, carta igienica) e loro ci hanno omaggiato di frutta fresca, olio, vino bianco. La casa è molto bella, dotata di aria condizionata nelle stanze. Si arriva al mare a piedi volendo ma noi siamo sempre scesi in auto per velocizzare, sfruttando l’ampio parcheggio presso la spiaggia Non possiamo che ringraziare i nostri host e consigliare la casa

Ottima posizione direttamente sulla strada principale e quindi molto facile raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione in macchina. Casa bella e pulita come nelle foto, il primo giorno abbiamo avuto problemi con l' acqua calda ed in pochissimo tempo hanno sistemato tutto. Accoglienti e gentili.

Thank You for a wonderful stay. The villa and spectacular surroundings were priceless. The peace and tranquillity nestled among the olive trees was priceless. We came for the scenery and vistas and were not disappointed. The villa was beautiful full of charm and character. Everything we needed was provided. The little extras of your beautiful grapes and persimon fruit was a lovely treat. We thoroughly recommend visiting your villa and the surrounding area . A wonderful stay.

Lovely views, close to the beach and very peaceful. Kitchen has everything you need, and the area is very spacious.

Wir haben uns bei Giovanni wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden sogar mit einer Flasche gekühltem Weißwein empfangen. Sehr freundlich! Das große Gelände mit dem großartigen Blick aufs Meer hat den Morgen und den Abend zu etwas wirklich besonderem gemacht. Darüber hinaus ist der kurze (5 Gehminuten) Weg zum freien Strand nicht nur zur Erholung sondern auch für einen angenehmen Spaziergang ideal! Man muss hierbei tatsächlich bedenken, dass man sich in einem Gebiet befindet das nur mit dem Auto erreicht werden kann. Sowie jegliche Lebensmittel Geschäfte oder Einkaufszentren Giovanni vielen lieben Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft und deine Fürsorge. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Великолепная аутентичная вилла! Очень уютная, при этом супер-функциональная, есть все для комфортного отдыха. Хозяин был очень гостеприимным, помог организовать наш отдых и разрешил выехать сильно позже стандартного времени выезда. Мы очень благодарны! Рекомендую!

Wonderful stay! We didn't meet Cristina, but she was extremely helpful and responsive in the airbnb chat. We did meet friends or relatives of hers who let us in, showed us around, and they were lovely - we had a little hug at the end!! We stayed 3 nights to visit Agrigento and the temples. One thing I have to say is that the house itself is amazing. It is far nicer than the photos might suggest. It is full of interesting, quirky, quality pieces of art and furniture. The pool is also lovely - truly peaceful and private, and there is always a corner ready to give you shade. Thank you for the stay!! Dave, Romana & kids

We loved our stay with Jaana and Nicolas. Jaana was such a lovely host, who was always available when we needed something and gave us proactively extra tips. The house and garden are like a paradise, we absolutely loved the pool especially our 3 year old son since the entrance is very shallow. Everything is done with so much love and taken care of so extraordinarily. If you want an apartment that exeeds your expectations, this is the place to go. We even got a breakfast, wine and some other groceries for the first day. The kitchen is super equipped since we also cooked there. Thank you to Jaana for making our stay such a perfect experience.

Schöner Ort, um bei einem Roadtrip durch Sizilien ein paar Tage direkt am Meer zu entspannen. Gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Interieur sauber und schön, da alles noch ziemlich neu ist. Empfehlenswert ist ein eher kleineres Auto da die Garageneinfahrt sehr eng ist. Unser Mietauto war ein Ford Focus wir kamen knapp rein;) Leider ist kurz vor unserer Ankunft der vordere Teil des Garten, der unmittelbar am Meer liegt, leicht abgesackt. Es wurde ein kleiner Gartenzaun errichtet,damit man nicht in Gefahr gerät. Bei starkem Regenfall, was wir erlebten, regnet es auf der linken Seite des Hauses stark rein. Also bei schönem Wetter ist das Haus und die Umgebung sicher traumhaft schön, da man das Meer in türkisfarbenen Schimmer direkt vor der Nase geniessen kann.

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt sowie neuwertig und an einer Top Lage! Man ist sehr schnell am Meer (ca. 2 min zu Fuss), das Meerrauschen ist auch um das Haus und am Pool hörbar! Es ist alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Maria und Antonino sind äusserst zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Sie hatten uns viele schöne und kulinarische Orte empfohlen, welche wir auch besucht haben und wirklich die Erwartungen übertroffen haben. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen!

Giovanni’s place is good if you are travelling as a family and ideal for people who wants to stay near the beach. Very good amenities and the pool was a bonus especially if you don’t want to explore but just want to stay and lounge by the pool. Very clean and easy access.

The house has much more space then we expected, it's really big. It's a wonderful spot with maximum privacy. The view is wide and the pool nice. When you are in the evening laying on the edge of this beautifully illuminated pool and look over the Valley, it's given a very luxurious feeling. Top ! We had a lovely time in San Leone. It was a lovely clean house and Annamaria was extremely helpful and provided everything we needed. The house was ideal for exploring the temples and the local nature reserve, with lovely restaurants only a short walk away. Great house, great host. Thank you Annamaria.

It’s exactly as described. Beds are comfortable and the rooms and fairly large. We were a party of 7 and there was ample seating, cutlery and plates. Apart from indoor eating the property provides 3 areas where you can eat outdoors and a BBQ area. The swimming pool was pristine however we did not swim as it was too cold for us. The property was extremely safe for our little dog who had the freedom to roam around the garden in complete safety. The bathrooms are large with comfortable showers,plenty of hot water and good water pressure. There are also two outdoor showers and an outdoor toilet which are located close to the pool. Overall this is a great property for the price it is sold at.

Super clean house and and beautiful surroundings. The view from the terrace is amazing, enjoy a cold beer and watch the sun set in the ocean every night. Our host Gino was super friendly and communicative. The beach is a 10 minute walk away or you can drive directly down which we did every day so the dogs could take a swim. We spent Christmas and new years here, sunny days with temperatures between 18-22 degrees Celsius. A short drive away is Ribera where you’ll find everything you need, groceries, exelent restaurants and gas stations etc. Perfect place if you have dogs as there is lots of areas to take them for long walks. Highly recommend!

Estuvimos genial en la Casa de Vincenzo. La piscima y el jardin eran fantasticos. Vincenzo siempre pendiente, muy amable y dispuesto.

Prachtige plek om te verblijven; rustig gelegen maar toch vlakbij Agrigento ; heerlijk zwembad; mooi uitzicht vanuit de tuin en veel ruimte. De host Vittorio is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam Echt een aanrader om te verblijven!!

Très belle maison, au calme, avec une superbe vue. Quel plaisir de déjeuner au soleil en bord de piscine, avec les oranges et les citrons fraîchement cueillis dans le jardin. Nous étions un groupe de 7, la maison est très fonctionnelle. Antonio est un hôte très sympathique et accueillant. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind so wie in der Beschreibung. Wir (sechs Personen) haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, ist aber sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist top und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist vorhanden. Der Zugang zum Sandstrand ist wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Nathalie und mit der Verwalterin vor Ort sind einwandfrei und sehr unkompliziert. Es war ein rundum wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir werden gern wieder wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez les Montalba! Un havre de paix au milieu des oliviers; l'appartement est agréable et fonctionnel et la terrasse attenante un réel plus (superbe coucher de soleil), sans oublier la superbe piscine ! Mais c'est surtout l'accueil chaleureux et sympathique de la famille qui rend l'endroit unique! Merci à eux!
