We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Ripon, CA. The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and parks. Ripon is a charming town. The host provided excellent communication, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

A well-situated and comfortable house. It had an unbelievably well-outfitted kitchen and bathrooms. Competent yard care and cleaning services were provided. Nearly everything we needed for our three-month stay was within one to one and half miles walking distance including grocery store, train station, bike trails, park, pharmacy, retail stores, restaurants and coffee shops. We did not walk after dark, however, as this part of Merced has a visible homeless population, among which are some characters of questionable mental state. Unfortunately, we had a catalytic converter stolen off our car while it was parked in the driveway. The only other problem we had was that my wife, already allergic to pets, developed asthma during our stay. As with most AirBnB's, Michelle's property is pet friendly, and I'm sure lingering pet dander triggered my wife's problems. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend this property for long-term stays in Merced.

We stayed for a quick weekend trip to see family over Easter. I saw a review that this place isn’t kid-friendly - I respectfully disagree! There are no bathtubs and that could be a drawback, but otherwise I just moved anything breakable up and away from my toddler with the host’s permission (she contacted me when I booked to double check that I was ok with the less-than-kid-friendly environment - probably due to that previous review). The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood a ways outside of town, with a great yard and back patio we took full advantage of. It was spotless and comfy, lots of space for my family of three + my parents. We so enjoyed our time there and would definitely book again!

We had a great stay! The apartment has everything you need! Debbie is very kind attentive and responsive! We will stay again. Apartment is very clean and cozy. Air conditioner and works really well. Plenty of hot water and very comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely neighbourhood, close to shops and local park. House was spacious and the pool was a winner with the kids.

This was a beautiful home, even better than the pictures! The kitchen was dreamy and each of the rooms were clean and stylishly decorated. The host was very responsive and left a clear guide to using all the house amenities. It was very walkable to the local stores and also had a private backyard with a gorgeous pool and hot tub area. We visited with another family that included 3 children under 7 and two dogs. We would love to visit again!

This house was amazing better then expected felt right at home with my family house was exactly like described and welcoming clean kitchen well stocked as well did not need to buy pans or pots to cook the fridge and stove microve supper clean as well the pool was clean as well kiddos enjoyed it the host was amazing responded very quickly to our questions very nice respectful host totally recommend anyone that needs a place to stay this is a beautiful home safe and comfortable relaxing home this is the home

We had a fantastic stay! The home was perfect for our family — clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The high chair and pack-n-play were perfect for our 6-month-old, which made traveling with a baby so much easier. Our 7 and 3-year-old nephews loved the pool and game room — the variety of games kept them happily entertained throughout our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable, family-friendly experience. We also really appreciated the desk setup in one of the rooms, which made it easy to get work done during the trip. The host was super responsive and helpful from start to finish, which made everything even smoother. And I really appreciated how simple the checkout process was — all we had to do was lock the doors, which made leaving stress-free. Highly recommend this home for families — it had everything we needed and more!

Our group of 6 had a nice stay at Angela’s place for our 3 night stay. The place was comfortable and accommodated all our needs. Angela checked in with us regularly to see if there was anything we needed which was appreciated. If you’re looking for a convenient place in Modesto this is it.

Beautiful home with plenty of room and every amenity needed.

We stayed with my family of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We got locked out the first night and Jesse responded right away and got us in. There were no issues and we would stay again!

This was my second time staying here and I was just as amazing as the first , the house is very accommodating and very homey. You can walk right to down town Murphy’s so close to the grocery stores and the winery’s. The host was amazing and very attentive. I come with my boat and there is plenty of parking very safe neighborhood left all my things out in my boat and was very safe.

Going to stay for a funeral I forgot my toothbrush and this place saved me had unopened extras you could think of ! Very nice and cozy place inside and out we will definitely stay there again , very close to main market place , mall and all restaurants, Costco very

I had a great stay! As soon as I walked in my first thought was, "wow, it's so spacious." And when I sat on the bed I audibly said "this is so much better that a hotel!" The mattress is a really nice, supportive memory foam, which made for a very comfortable night of great sleep. The sofa was also very supportive and comfortable (a rarity in most moderately priced hotels.) Overall I was really impressed with the quality finishings and furnishings as well as the quality kitchen items/tools available for use. Additionally, the neighborhood/road is very quiet, I saw only 3 other vehicles on their road my whole stay. One was a friendly neighbor who stopped to talk while I was walking my dog and suggested a running/hiking route with even better views. Jessica sent me very helpful instructions with details on what to expect along the route to get there, which I greatly appreciated, especially since I was arriving at night.

Sally’s cozy garden studio could not be more perfectly located in downtown Sonora. All kinds of local eating & shopping within a few blocks with other little towns in Tuolumne & Calaveras county within an hour by car. Sleeping in this cozy spot was lovely - very quiet, dark (window coverings) & bed very comfortable! Sally was very responsive & welcoming to us & our dog. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the cozy cottage was very pleasant. Everything was clean and ready for my arrival. I was there for over a month and had very few issues. Andy was very responsive with the few concerns I had.
