A charming, Grade 2 listed country cottage, dating from the 1700’s. Located in the village of Sedlescombe, which retains its charm of an old English village, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Recently renovated, the cottage has been refurbished to a high standard. With underfloor heating in the bespoke wet room & a magnificent copper style bath in the bedroom. Whilst downstairs the cosy sitting room benefits from a wood burning stove & the spacious kitchen leads to a courtyard garden.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

Leave the world behind at our organic smallholding hideaway – the perfect antidote to stress and modern life. This is a true romantic retreat for two, with space for up to four (extra bed available). The ancient woodland, the orchard, the old fashioned sheep, the hens, make this the place to unwind. In the evenings, dine and chat by the log stove or around a campfire. Recently refurbished detached 18th Century former farm building. Now a cosy cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage has one very spacious bedroom accessed via the stairs, with a king-size bed with a luxury bath within the room.
