Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

This designer water villa (build in 2019) is wonderfully situated at a dike between swimming water and a park and contains 3 bedrooms all with double bed, a high end kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. Outside you find a garden, water terrace, inhouse-terrace/bar and a spacious roof terrace. On the other hand you find high tech details like glass fiber high speed internet (100 MBit/sec up/down), Philips Hue lighting system, a high-end sound system and Gaggenau kitchen equipment. 3 free parking places.

Wees welkom in de moderne bed & breakfast aan boord van woonschip Sequana. Met een ligplaats aan de oever van het IJmeer. We verwelkomen je graag in de kapiteinshut van dit mooie woonschip. De ruime privé studio (30 m2) heeft een heerlijk 2 persoons bankbed in de living, een eigen badkamer en wc en een volwaardige keuken. Je kunt gebruik maken van een waterkoker en koffiezet automaat en een koelkastje. Er is gratis koffie, thee, suiker en kruiden aanwezig. Je zult je hier gelijk thuis voelen!

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Our beautiful boat is ready to take our guests on a nature trip through the lakes and surroundings. In winter the 17th century Vicarage and the lake glitter with ice and skating is in front of our doorstep. Our private Spa/Sauna & Massage treatments is open for our guests only. De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

This building was part of the Amsterdam water purification plants in the 1970s. In 2006, two of the original pumping stations were preserved. Wij heten u van harte welkom aan boord van ons schip De Hoop voor een uniek verblijf in de kapiteinshut. Ooit was dit een actief vrachtschip dat goederen en voorraden vervoerde over de Nederlandse waterwegen. Ons schip is perfect gelegen voor wie het beste van twee werelden wil ervaren. U wordt wakker met de rust van het water, terwijl u slechts 15 minuten met de tram verwijdert bent van het centrum van Amsterdam.

Deze accommodatie is uniek. Onze Beachcraft motorboot met douche ligt op een prachtige plek en is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avontuurlijke mensen en zakenreizigers. Op de boot is een buitendek aanwezig waar u heerlijk kunt ontspannen en genieten van het uitzicht. Binnen is er een kleine keuken, toilet en een bank.
