Self contained part of charming thatched cottage in this attractive South Oxfordshire village, between Didcot (2.5 miles) and Wallingford (3.5 miles). The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

The house is in the heart of the beautiful conservation area of the village surrounded by open fields and brooks. There is a small waterfall a few steps away and lots of footpaths through the fields and woods allowing guests to take refreshing walks. This is a quit and idyllic place ideal for those who love nature. The neighborhood is very friendly and villagers feed the ducks here. The village is close to Milton Park, Harwell, Didcot and Oxford, Frilford Gold Club and Drayton Park Golf Club.

We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Our self-contained, private, beautifully appointed cottage offers easy access to Harwell Science and Technology campus. Newly built, it features a deluxe double bed, a large power shower, ample off street parking, and is nearby a main line train station with direct service to Oxford, London and beyond. (Central Oxford City:15 mins, London:45mins). Perfect for anyone working at the Harwell Site (walk or take a direct bus), it is also ideal for guests in town for weddings and family events.

The Coach house is a cosy retreat on our farm. A king-sized bed and beautiful linens add a romantic feel to the bedroom and throughout the property a traditional style has been retained offering comfort and quality. Surrounded by the pretty South Oxfordshire countryside. The Farm has footpath links to walks on the Ridgeway and is situated just outside the historic town of Wantage. White Horse Hill is just a short drive away as are the many attractions of Oxford which is just 12 miles away.

If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

Short walk to town for restaurants, and shopping. Private parking and access to the lodge.

Lowood is perfectly situated in East Hendred - a picture postcard village at the foot of the downs. There are two fabulous pubs. A wonderful shop and amazing walks in every direction. Wedding venues - Barton House, Lains barn and Ardington House are 5 minutes by car. Harwell campus, Milton trading estate, Williams F1 engineering and Didcot Parkway Station ( London 41minutes) are also close by.

Access is through an electric gate and gravel drive. Guests will have ample off street parking directly outside the guest house.
