Private property on our farm with many amenities, including Wi-Fi, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, gym available. Very relaxing place!

No running water inside, 5gallon jug provided. (No AC/full power without generator. Bring your own or rent one for a small fee)

Our cabin is only 3 miles from Hanging Rock State Park, voted by USA Today as one of the “20 Stunning State Parks Across the USA.” The Dan River (walking distance) is home to kayaking, tubing, fishing, and white-water; and Pilot Mountain State Park is just 20 miles away!

The Rock Retreat

This beautiful log cabin, previously known as Indian Creek Cabin, has been an important part of the Hanging Rock Community for many years. It began as the Hanging Rock Outdoor Center. The property is adjacent to the Indian Creek Trail area. It is within a few miles of the Lower Cascade Falls, Dan River, Moore's Spring bike trails, and of course, Hanging Rock State Park. We have seasonal berries and a well-stocked fishing pond. Visit the state parks then come home to catch a breeze on the porch swing, watch fireflies or roast hotdogs at the fire pit.
