Beautiful home in a lovely location with plenty of activities to do and sites to see. Michael and Lauren were very responsive to our questions and made us feel welcomed. They also shared a comprehensive guide to the area which was very helpful since we are new to Greenport. We hope to be back soon!

This home was was the perfect place to call home during our stay. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable with the most amazing back yard and enclosed patio. Great place to enjoy coffee, tea and conversation. The piano was a treat as we had musicians with us. Here for a family reunion with just about everyone born and raised in Manchester before jetting off to different parts of the globe, it provided a central place to visit, relax and connect. The highline trail is a hop skip and a jump away! Beautiful area to explore. Virginia was a fabulous host. You feel love here.

Joan was an excellent host. Home is beautiful. Lots of space for a large family. Walkable to restaurants, clam shack, beach area. wonderful stay.

Justin, we LOVED our stay at your home! It is so cozy and so welcoming and convenient to everything we needed. We very much enjoyed watching the wild life that passed through the yard...deer, a ground hog, rabbits and tons of birds. And the cat! Seems to be the neighborhood cat! Lovely, quiet neighborhood, great for walking also. Will definitely stay there the next time we are in RI. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!!

Sabrina was an amazing host! She was very responsive and proactive when helping me and my friends locate the Airbnb, and was always available in the event we had any questions. Her place was lovely and walkable for the wedding we attended. Thank you again Sabrina for trusting us with your space!

This an amazing place to stay and close enough for Mystic Valley Hunt Club shows. Great hosts with exceptional amenities. A must book!

Loved my week at Tara’s place! It’s a super comfy, thoughtfully curated, rad place! My pup and I especially loved the beautiful outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about my week long stay! I got off a long travel and had EVERYTHING I needed. The amenities the space it was all perfect. Even my puppy dog was taken care of with a comfortable bed and bowls out when we arrived! Literally the best Airbnb stay I’ve had. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

The perfect getaway/surf trip! Claude is so much more than your average Airbnb host: he is an amazing tour guide, he taught us the town history as well as showed us to the best surf spots nearby that we would’ve never found otherwise. Claude went out of his way to drive us to and from surf spots, and even dropped us off at the train station. Not to mention he made us coffee and muffins in the morning?! A joy to be around, Claude is everything you could want in an Airbnb host and more. I am so grateful to have stumbled soon his beautiful home, although the stay was short, it was so very sweet.

This place was as described. I wouldn’t change my rating for these 2 things but…the location is really too far from Mystic to casually walk there. Also the home is very close to a major highway and the noise was pretty loud and did keep me up at night. Not a deal breaker but if you need quiet to sleep it’s a consideration! The space was clean and comfortable and Susan is very communicative! Very nice that she stocks the kitchen with necessities for breakfast including some delicious homemade muffins!

This was a lovely air B&B, in a beautiful, quiet location, yet close to the town of Niantic (10 minute, easy drive), as well as gorgeous regional parks. We had a wonderful stay here, and our host made everything easy and clear. The suite was fresh-feeling and very clean. Kitchen area was well-supplied and exactly as described. Linens and bed felt like hotel. We had glorious weather, and with the special “perk” of kayaks on-site, we went up the adjacent tidal estuary twice, and were treated to osprey fishing, kingfishers on the banks, cormorants and ducks, a bluebird(!), herons and egrets, and peace and quiet. What a spot! We also got to explore Niantic, with a sunset meal on a restaurant deck, overlooking the water. We walked, biked, and hiked in several parks around the area, with gorgeous beaches, wetlands, and woodlands. Thanks to the location, I think we saw the best of this area, which we'd never been to before. Plus we discovered the renowned bakery/cafe, Sift. Perfect!

We stayed during fall and were able to take advantage of the fire pit. There was plenty of kindling to gather nearby and the fire under the stars was very peaceful. It was starting to get chilly during our stay and the log space heater was a very nice touch. Guest book includes a number of helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. A lot of small extra touches made our stay very comfortable. We would recommend for anyone wanting a more rural feel away from the other tourists while exploring mystic.

I needed a place to stay the evening I arrived at the Bradley Airport and I didn’t want to stay in a hotel. I’d never been to the area and wished I had a friend to stay with. Alas, I did! Only I didn’t know at the time that Sandra and Tom would fill that role. I literally felt like I’d gone to visit friends from the moment I arrived until I departed. The bedroom upstairs was cozy and the gourmet breakfast the next morning made it very much worth not staying in a hotel! I wasn’t hungry until mid afternoon, which turned out to be convenient because I had meetings until then. If I ever return to the area, I will stay with my friends Sandra and Tom again!

We had the most lovely stay at Andrea’s place. Had the two-room suite with our adult daughter. It was like stepping back in time - the charm, quaintness of the cottages. No tv/wifi. Check. Ocean view. Check. Delish breakfast delivered each morning. Check. This place is an absolute gem!! Bonus - location. Surrounded by Gilded Age hotel and buildings with rolling lawn where we had drinks in Adirondacks listening to live music outdoors. Block Island is stunning as well - bluffs, beaches, unspoiled land, ponds. Just a perfect stay!! Andrea, Robin and staff were the best. Huge thank you!!

Evan called us to give us the instruction on how to check in and what to expect before we arrived. The next morning a gourmet breakfast was provided by him that was elegant and so heartfelt. Everything he made for us was from scratch and fresh! Farm to table! We had an extraordinary quiche with cheeses his sister brought home from Italy! Outstanding!

if i could give 100 stars i would! my friend and I came for a peaceful retreat but we left with so much encouragement and new friends. Tom was ready with local recommendations and was accommodating to our needs! Kate was such a joy and the pinnacle hospitality. these are people we want in our lives forever! when we are back in the area they will be our first call!!

We really enjoyed everything about our two night stay. From early checkin to very reasonable 12 check out, everything went smoothly. Additional bedding was supplied for a friend and overall the room was very large with a great big bathroom in the corner. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Lori’s place for two nights while visiting some friends in the area. Lori was flexible and friendly right from the start, including providing delicious breakfast foods (thanks to Lori’s chickens for the eggs!). We had plenty of space to spread out and made good use of the electric fireplace during the chilly nights. The place was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. We didn’t make use of the outdoor space, but there’s plenty of it and we definitely should have. We’ll add this to our list of places to stay when we return!

Cathy’s Inn is the perfect spot to experience the charm of the CT shoreline. Most of the inn was built in the 1700s, but you have access to a nice updated bathroom. The furnishings are lovely. Best of all, however, is Cathy, the host. She’s a lot of fun and very easy to talk to. I have stayed with her several times, and will continue to do so.

I absolutely love Jan and Tom’s place. It was clean, cozy and the location/view is beautiful! They went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable- providing recommendations, breakfast, and answering any questions we had. I definitely recommend this place - I will come back and stay for sure!
