Ryan’s place was awesome. Backyard was on the 17th hole of a golf course. Very nice neighborhood with grocery stores and places to eat very close. Perfect for people attending festivals, shuttles a block away from the community. Ryan was perfectly responsive whenever I had any questions and he had also reached out a few times on are 4 day trip to see how we were doing. Pools and jacuzzi in the facility were nice and the gym at the country club was perfect, rode Ryan’s super cool golf cart right on over. Will more then likely be booking here again for are next festival! Thanks again bud!

Was a wonderful little home with a great backyard. Perfect distance from our shuttle stop for the festival, would definitely stay again!

We stayed 4 nights in early May 2025. The unit was well appointed with high end fixtures. The photos were accurate. We were mostly out during the daytime, so did not get to enjoy the scenic golf course environment which is just steps outside the back patio. We did use the nearby community jacuzzi one night; it works well but does accumulate the sand that blows nightly. The Wi-Fi and AC worked well, and the TV offers many streaming services including YouTube Premium. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and well appointed. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower. Upon arrival at the guard gate we received a paper card with QR code. Each time entering the property, the guard scans the code and opens the gate. Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Palm Springs, thanks in large part to this comfortable residence. Recommended!

We love the Desert Springs Villas! Check-in was very easy, the room was as pictured, and James was a kind and responsive host!

This was our second time staying at Hannah’s place. We loved our time here all over again!! Hannah was super responsive when we arrived and the body wash pump in the shower didn’t work correctly. She sent some over immediately! We love the view, the bed is very comfortable and the pool / walkable grounds are gorgeous. Hope to be back again!

I stayed at this cute one-bedroom studio for Coachella, and it was just what we needed! It was a bit small, but it had all the essentials. The location was awesome and right in a beautiful community and super close to the festival, which was perfect for us. The only downside was that if we left the bedroom door open, it got a little bit noisy with the people staying next door, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a great spot, and I’d totally recommend it and would stay here again!

The host was amazing and responded very quickly during our stay. The place was really cute inside and it was a perfect fit for our trip! The rooms, kitchen, living room and bathrooms were nice and clean. It was a great space and we felt very safe during our stay. :)

Booked last min and was pleasantly surprised with the condo. The location is very quiet and the local neighbors were friendly. Nikki was a great host and answered questions for me quickly. My kids loved the heated pools. The linens and towels were new and plush. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our family trip using Pablo’s place. Kids enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts every day. Easy to get in and out of and not far from restaurants and stores.

Sally was very gracious, hospitable, and accommodating throughout the entire process from booking to check out. She was very responsive and helpful any time we had questions. The place was PERFECT for our weekend at Stagecoach. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was a guidebook in almost every room to help us navigate the space. Would highly recommend this stay!

My friends and I absolutely loved staying here. The place was so comfortable, clean and perfect for 3 ‘ol friends to relax , talk, swim and enjoy the area.

The condo was squeaky clean and looked exactly like the photos. Loved having the hot tub right outside the door. The pools are quite large and perfect for swimming laps or just relaxing. The complex is in a nice, very walkable neighborhood with a good view of the mountains. Steve was very responsive and got back to me right away when I had questions. There was some noise from upstairs but not enough to be an issue. I’ve already reserved it again for next year.

Beautiful apartment in a well kept private community. The apartment was bigger than expected with two bathrooms and very clean. The space, gardens and pools were a welcome break from our 2-week road trip. We would all love to return!

Superb Stay with the beauty of the desert backyard, my wife and 13 year old daughter loved the large place, space and attention to all the details. We loved every minute of our stay, the healing mineral pools, water ball and all the kind folks and characters we met during our annual 4 day visit. Beautiful grounds, we walked every where enjoying all the unique places and pictures within the Wild West area of trees, lake and stage. Cooked every meal there, great easy use kitchen and nice big TV with all sorts of great viewing options. Place was spotless clean and clutter free and quiet area. Priceless views all day long , be sure to enjoy the outside big table for eating which had some pull down privacy shades. 5 Stars and enjoy all those singing birds and wildlife in your backyard with priceless views, thank you Mr. Alex Oleg!

This is an absolute must stay for families! The home is beautiful and kid friendly. We had the best time staying here! The home is spacious and beautiful and has all the amenities to make a stay feel like home. Highly recommend!!

Wow - this house is phenomenal; gorgeous, clean, spacious, perfectly decorated, carefully stocked, with the MOST comfortable beds at any Airbnb, ever! It was our second time staying here and was even better than the first! We will be back!

This house literally has it all! We had plenty of space to stretch out and there was something to keep everyone busy. The front yard of the house, closest to the road, is where the pool and hot tub are. Both were fantastic with everything you could want - plenty of sun/pool lounge chair seating, shallow swim deck in the pool, tables and chairs for eating, a tas fire pit and a bar with fridge, sink and grill. The backyard has a real mini golf course, pickleball court, basketball court, and corn hole along with more covered seating. Inside, the home is super spacious with a game room, bar area, plenty of TVs and a stocked kitchen. The hosts don't guarantee spices and oils but we found guests had left plenty of those items. Overall, fantastic home and we would love to come back!

The house is intelligently designed for the climate and sun. My family and i all had enough space to gather together or peel off for privacy. The rooms are large and accommodating. The people doing a little work were able to without hassell. Nice spot- congratulations and thanks for opening it up to guests and treating them well. We had a great time!
