This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. It is surrounded by wildflowers and features contemporary art and sculptures by artists Rouwen and Reeve. The space is complemented by mid-century modern furnishings, high ceilings, and exposed beams. All doors open to a private patio and a naturalistic garden. The Sauna, located in the gravel garden looks out onto sculptures and plants.

The Coach House is situated in a peaceful area of Swanage within a few minutes walk of the beach and a 10 minute walk to the town centre and the iconic steam train. A purpose built, fully equipped home from home, providing all you need for a relaxing holiday or short break. It’s a great base to explore Swanage and Purbeck and perfectly placed for cliff walks or leisurely days on the beach The bus stop at the bottom of the road (2 mins walk) connects you to Bournemouth and the surrounding area.
