Spacious Guest Suite near UWA/hospital/Kings Park

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

No matter if you are visiting family and friends nearby, travelling for work or looking to explore Perth, our Studio is the perfect base. It is located in a leafy, quiet neighbourhood in close proximity to hospitals, UWA and Kings Park, as well as only 6km from Perth's CBD, which can be reached by Bus or Train (Shenton Park Station).
