Una linda casa para disfrutar en familia, súper recomendado

Siempre fue accesible y muy clara la información; además tuvo la iniciativa de recomendar lugares para pedir comida y nos fue muy útil. La casa contaba con lo básico y necesario no tuvimos contratiempo ni problemas.

Marcos was beyond helpful during our stay at his beautiful lake house! He greeted us personally when we arrived and was quick to respond to our questions. He provided a guide with local restaurants and activities which made exploring easier. The home was spotless, welcoming, and such a restful place to relax. We hope to be back to visit in the future, and would highly recommend Marcos’ home as a place to stay!

Hermoso lugar para unos días de descanso en el lago Atitlan. Tranquilo, privado y con excelentes servicios complementarios (mi esposo y yo usamos el jacuzzi con vista al lago, el sauna y los kayaks). La habitación es cómoda y la zona de la cocina abierta y con jardín es muy agradable.

The house and location are beautiful. The groundskeeper is always available and willing to help, checking on us on a daily basis. The host provided tour services and was very communicative. The house is clean but there is some room for improvement. Please note: the house has a lot of steps/stairs, which is typical on a lake front property around Atitlan, but if you are traveling with an elderly group or disable guest, I would suggest staying at a hotel with accessible amenities. That said, we enjoyed our stay here, the views, amenities, and hot tub. PS: This is our second time in Atitlan, and we felt the prices of several services have gone up by a large margin (laundry services, home made meals, transportation (boat and Tuk Tuk), tours). Prices are going up globally so we expected a change but not as much. Expect to pay a tourist tax but pay attention. As a family, we support the local economy, and are aware and okay with paying extra but nobody likes feeling taken advantage of.

La casa es súper hermosa, limpia , amplia y cumple con todo lo que se ve en las fotos! Los parques están a 8 minutos y la seguridad y amabilidad de los guardias es impecable ! Seguro regresaría a hospedarme

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.
