Beautiful spot, house was very clean. Ryan and Sara were both very accommodating with check in and check out and ensuring we had everything we needed and comfortable! Would definitely recommend this place for a group of people! Huge kitchen and living area for everyone to get together! The hot tub and sauna were a nice touch! We were there in March but would love to come back in the summer!

We had an amazing stay, the lake views were stunning, and the property itself was peaceful and incredibly well-kept. We especially loved spending time outside, it’s such a perfect space to relax and unwind. Everything was just what we needed. We’d love to come back sometime!

Lesley was a fabulous host. Our family totally enjoyed our time staying right on the rivers edge with a stunning view. The cabin and bunkie have a cozy vibe but tons of room for our extended family. There are lots of amenities to enjoy creating a great getaway. It was a special experience- the setting, the peace and the memories made. Can’t wait to return!

What an amazing place for hosting lots of family and friends! The hosts were so gracious and kind and extremely easy to communicate with. I am so grateful to have found such a beautiful location for hosting my partners 40th Birthday. Lots of space and clean with stunning views of the city. The place was easy to find with plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable. We were 5 women in a weekend get-away. The home is as described. The outside deck was peaceful for morning coffee

Jeff’s place was great! Bright, clean, lots of room. We loved the table and booth-style seating for playing board games. Couch was comfy and there were lots of blankets available to make it cozy. Bed was also very comfortable and plenty of good pillows. Loads of clean towels provided. We did use the hot tub which was nice and hot – a great feature after a long day. Communication was excellent both before and during our stay; everything was easy to find. For those considering booking, be aware you do have to use the door shared with the (very nice) downstairs tenant and then walk around the corner of the house to get to the hot tub – not a big deal!! just something to consider when planning; I’d bring a coverup, some beach towels, and make sure you have sandals for your feet. The hot tub itself is HUGE and very hot; it was awesome and worth the trek! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Jeff as a host and the place as a location; we’d love to stay

Beautiful home with a ton of space and lots of fun amenities like the fire pit and hot tub!! Really enjoyed the projector as well, perfect place to have a small group stay. The host was also very responsive and helpful when we needed!! 10/10 would definitely recommend and stay there again! :)

Staying in the house boat at Pine Falls Lodge is an unforgettable experience. Surrounded by the most beautiful nature we were able to calm down, enjoy the sauna and the cold water, do hikes and kayaking. Additionally Patrick and Amy were the most welcoming hosts. Thank you very much!
