The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

Clean, brighf,restful and perfect for a family of 3 plus dog. We love the history of the place and its character, as well as the view. Beds really comfortable which is a big win from us

Absolutely amazing place. What a fantastic conversion from the former church into these beautiful apartments. Matt was incredibly helpful with excellent communication right from the start. Extremely well equipped apartment with a really stylish kitchen and bathroom. Very spacious and light it was in an ideal place to visit the two local pubs and explore nearby Duxford Air Museum. If we are ever back in the area, we would certainly stay here again. Thanks Matt for being a great host.

We had a delightful stay in Andrew's flat. The dedicated parking spot was especially helpful, as many days street parking was in short supply. The flat was cozy and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the extra blankets on the beds, and the HDMI cable hanging off the TV, which made it easy to curl up on the comfy couches at the end of the day and stream from our own computer. All that - and there's the North Sea, literally steps from the front door! We loved finding all sorts of walks down to the beach, up to the Beeston Bump, and along Cliff road to high street. All in all - a fantastic stay.

This Airbnb was perfect for a few days when had a few things to do around London. It had parking outside for one car. It was private, cozy and warm. I would stay again

The accommodation was exactly as described. Paula's communication was second to none, very fast to respond and extremely clear instructions. Lots of space to relax. We enjoyed our stay there.

Stayed for the weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday. Excellent host, quick responses and extremely helpful! Such a beautiful house, really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Perfect for a large gathering, had everything we needed and we really did have a great time. Only negative was the house was quite tired in places and we felt like for the price we paid it should have been fresher and cleaner.

Had an amazing long weekend here! The property is stunning and really felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, close to local shops and only a short distance to Thetford Forest. Chelsi was super helpful and always quick to respond. Thank you so much for having us, highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice escape from reality 😊 xx

Lyndale House was a very good base for going into Norwich and accessing the coast. It was well set up for a large group of mixed ages, (there were 9 of us - 6 adults and 3 children 5 and under. There was plenty of space in the living room for everyone to be together, and to eat in the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen was well equipped.

Our operatives enjoyed their stay at Andy's place, we extended our stay beyond the original term. Great host, great communication, would recommend.

This was a great stay.. the location was good and close to pubs and the town. One of the biggest things for us when staying is storage and being free from clutter and this had lots of storage. Beds comfortable too and all the necessary items in the kitchen. Great stay and will be visiting again .. thanks Charlie and Rob

Lovely cottage in a great location. Super thoughtful hosts provided lots of extras for dog/babies etc. Comfy beds, new large towels (something you don’t always find!) decorated really nicely. The place was clean, warm, well equipped, loads of hot water and a great shower - you don’t often find this in holiday cottages! Really easy walking distance to town, the beach and also the big Tesco. Super responsive and helpful host - very kind and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

What a fabulous place to stay the house was perfect , it had everything you needed and more , love the little things when we arrived all the essential waiting for us , lovely little garden to sit out in . Barbara is the perfect host , Perfect location just a 5 minute walk to all the shops , plenty off places to eat , the beach is just a 10 minute stroll , Off road parking as well . Thank you Barbara we will be definitely coming back .

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Right in the heart of Thetford. A very modern apartment with a great extra touch in the style of decor and facilities (loved the electronic black out blinds in the bedroom). It was very clean, and had some lovely extras of milk, bottled water in the fridge and biscuits. The river walks, parks and museums were nice. With lots of small shops, pubs and places to eat within easy walking distance. Janet was a great host and communication was brilliant. Will be back I’m sure!

This place is just a short walk from the train station and in a quiet block. It is lovely and clean and comfortable. Scott is quick to respond to any questions and helpful. A walk of about 25 minutes gets you to the city centre.

Lovely apartment about 10 min walk into the city centre. Everything clean and tidy as described with lovely, hot showers and well-equipped kitchen. Our only issue was the sofa bed, it’s not suitable for adults as uncomfortable and hard and couldn’t really fit two adults if that’s what you need. The other beds were comfy however and everything else had been thought of

A beautiful, comfortable, spacious flat in a fantastically convenient location. You can sit at the window in the kitchen diner and watch the steam trains and see the sea. The High Street, beach, museum, children's playground and a large Tesco are all within a few minutes' walk. Hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful time. Depending on the make-up of your party, you might want to consider that the two bedrooms are separated by quite a long corridor and a few steps. This did not cause us any problem, but others might find it an issue.

Had a wedding nearby. The apartment was perfect. Good size and everything you need. Comfy bed and sofa. Thanks for a great stay - appreciated the flexibility checking in!

What a lovely place to stay in Chelmsford. Very comfortable with all amenities and 15 minute drive to town centre. Would recommend!
