Great little place just for a couple

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

Our beautiful one-bedroom apartment is well-kept and has a fully large executive office. It is centrally located next to many of the hospitals, the Long Island Rail Road, the Luxurious Hamptons, and the Long Island wineries. Just a short drive away is the Tanger outlets for all of your shopping needs and 5 minutes away from Baseball Heaven. Patchogue is 5 minutes away and boasts several wonderful restaurants, and bars, and the ferry is also a 5 minute drive and can take you to Fire Island.

Older reviews are from 4 years ago and pre renovation, we are refreshed. Feel free to roam the rest of the 1/3 acre property of rolling hills, old growth trees, a hammock house, tree swings on the hill, and water views from the driveway.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
