Leah's place was exactly as described in her listing. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to several shops, restaurants and parks. The backyard space is quite big and there is a beautiful large redwood tree centered in the space. The house had all the amenities mentioned in the listing and definitely had everything we needed for out stay. We will come back again next time we are in the area!

This was the perfect retreat we needed. The home is comfortable, spacious, and clean. We will most certainly return for another visit.

Jilayi is a wonderful host with a beautiful house. Every decor choice within the house feels very thoughtful and it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the house and made the stay pleasant. We had everything we needed and instructions to check were super easy to follow. Love how accommodating the host was of our every need. The beds too were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The high ceiling of the house makes the home feel very roomy and not too congested like some airbnbs we have been to before. 5 stars from our side

We were stuck when our rental property on another booking site was not habitable and we found Will's place and it was available. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area which was beautifully landscaped. Great master bedroom with views, huge bathroom and massive walk-in closet - all squeaky clean with plenty of towels. Will's house is very private despite being in a cul-de-sac and is not overlooked by any house. It was a very bright and sunlit house and we really enjoyed our time there.

Great stay in Felton! The location was perfect, peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive to Santa Cruz. The house was clean and comfortable, and Jessica was fantastic host. She was easy to communicate with and gave us some great local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Super nice house, everything clean, big spaces, we were only for one day, wish we were in te area for more days but it was a short road trip. For sure next time we will book for more days. Really nice neighborhood, super calm.

Don & Lori are such incredible hosts! Our trip ended up being shorter than anticipated, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. I was traveling with my dog & foster dog and the park across the street was so perfect! The neighborhood was so peaceful and walkable and we had such a peaceful night’s rest. The home felt like staying with a family member and had so many great touches of home and the hosts communication was exceptional. I arrived late in the dark & they put out a welcome sign for me so I knew I was in the right place. Highly recommend and will def stay here again when I come back for a longer workshop!

The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

Nice walking distance to shops and restaurants, but in a quieter space

We stayed here for a month, and it was a great experience overall! What really stood out was Michael’s kindness and attentiveness - he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He provided lots of essentials for our toddler and even replaced the shower head, which made a huge difference for our extended stay. He was always quick to respond, sent someone to fix things the same day, and restocked kitchen and bathroom essentials whenever needed. The place is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and was spotless - seriously, one of the cleanest Airbnbs we've stayed in! The kitchen is well-stocked, which was perfect since we cooked a lot. You do hear some noise from upstairs during the day, but they keep quiet at night, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Thanks again, Michael, for making our stay so comfortable!

My family of 4 visited San Jose for a hockey tournament. This apartment/condo was 5 minutes from arena. Very convenient. Space was clean and perfect for our 3 night stay. We did cook and do laundry quite a bit; wished there was more pods for dishwasher and laundry, and a few extra trash’s bags. Other than that, stay was perfect and would stay again.

We had a great stay at Rainee’s apartment. It was spacious, very clean, and just like the pictures. The location is quiet, safe, and close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in instructions were super clear. Rainee was always helpful and responded quickly. Highly recommended!

Great option in Santana Row. Eugene has been available to reply all our questions. We loved the loft. Both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable.

This was our second stay at this property and I'm sure we'll be back. They are so responsive and helpful, and always get back to you right away. The place itself is just so perfect. Located right above Santana row, but it feels private. The space is big, and the 2.5 bathrooms really help! They have every amenity you could ask for and then some! you feel right at home. They make checking in and out very easy. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and anyone else interested!

I have stayed at Marcie's place a few times now, and I have only positive things to say about the place, and about Marcia as a host. She's always responsive, and she provides clear instructions on how to find the place, how to get in, and everything else. Whenever I know when I'm visiting Palo Alto I immediately check the availability on Marcie's place. It's perfect for me, and I always look forward to my visits.

What can we say...this is one of our FAVORITE airbnb home away from homes...we have been back to Marjie and Joffrey's place so many times now and simply love it more and more each time! It's beautiful, relaxing, located in the absolute most perfect spot...and we just adore everything about it!!! Marjie is the sweetest, we always have fun chatting back and fourth and we are just so thankful for their place that has now been the back drop to so many of our families beautiful memories together :). We can't wait to visit again!!!!

Mayela’s place is conveniently located to shopping, freeway and food. Parking was a little tight but doable. Neighbors were very nice.
