Central station is a short walk from the apartment. There are also buses accessible from Crown St and Oxford St that will take you into the city or away to the beaches. Supermarkets within a 2 min walk from the apartment: Aldi is in the Oxford Village shopping centre; IGA is located on Oxford St; Woolworths is slightly further away, located on Bourke St; About Life is a largely organic supermarket on Crown St.

Es hat 4 m hohe Decken und Fenster auf allen Seiten die ihr eine leichte, luftige Atmosphäre geben. Der offene Wohnbereich hat eine neue architektonisch gestaltete Küche, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer und Büro aus anmutigen Proportionen mit einem Julia Balkon und Blick auf einen fantastischen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und führt zu einem privaten Garten auf dem Dach. Das Bad ist großzügig und verfügt über eine luxuriös tiefe Badewanne. Die berühmte Bourke St-Bäckerei und Bills Cafe sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina Gelato und dem leckeren Crown St Organic Cafe. Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang bis zur Oxford Street, die Stadt, Paddington, Centennial Park und Central Station. Sie werden keine bessere Lage in Surry Hills finden.
