The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Perfect romantic get-away, a quiet retreat/chill-out spot with Luleå's amenities just a bus/bike ride away. Sleep in a comfy bed and have a sauna by the lake! Dishwasher & washing machine, 2 km to supermarket. Trails for running and skiing right by house. Ski/skate/bike/kayak rental. In winter see the northern lights over the frozen lake, the location and view is stunning. Wifi 500/500. Welcome!

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med närhet till naturen, skogen och havet. Finns möjlighet till utomhusaktiviteter under alla årstider. På hösten kan ni ta del av naturens läckerheter, bär och svamp finns att plocka i skogen. Naturskyddsområde med naturstig är beläget knappt 1 km promenad från gäststugan. Grillplats finns vid strandkanten där ni kan tillreda en måltid till vågskvalp och fågelkvitter. 14 km till Luleå centrum. Vedeldad kamin finns i stugan. Bastun är vedeldad.

Guest cabin

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Charmig stuga i allmogestil Sandnäset nära Luleälv

Charmig stuga i allmogestil, i Sandnäset 700 m från Luleälven. Stugan har tre rum, sovrum med två sängar,allrum och ett litet men funktionellt kök. Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). Cabin Abisko 5 people - Blueberry Lodge

Discover our lodge concept in the heart of Swedish’s Lapland, in harmony with nature. We thought those cottages in respect with the environnement, perfectly equipped to spend unforgettable moments. A cosy chalet of around 60 sqm, all comfort that can accommodate 5 people. it has a room downstair for two people and a second one on the loft for three people. It also has a private bathroom, full-equipped kitchen and a comfortable open living room. Every chalet has its own private terrace.

Friluftshuset vid Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

City Side cozy view

A lovely quaint top floor apartment with beautiful sunsets, double bed plus a sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, shower and bathroor, flatscreen curve TV and fiber internet access. Located a 15 minute walk from the city center across or around the beautiful Skurholms Lake. Close by you have forest walks, the ice road, cross country and down hill skiing, bath house, as well as easy access to a new grocery store, as well as restaurants and entertainment in the city center.

Villa nära Luleå Centrum

Bo i ett rymligt hus beläget på gångavstånd (ca 2,5km) från Luleå centrum. Villan är nyligt renoverad med nytt rymligt kök och badrum på entréplan samt nybyggd bastu, tvättstuga och gillestuga på källarplan. Trevlig uteplats och grönyta i söderläge där man sommartid kan umgås, grilla, spela spel och plocka äpplen i det stora äppelträdet. Parkering med motorvärmare. Välkomna!

Gårdshus

Välkommen till ett trevligt och ombonat gårdshus med centralt läge – nära till stadens utbud men ändå beläget i ett lugnt och rofyllt kvarter. Vi som värdfamilj bor i huvudbyggnaden på samma tomt och vistas ofta ute på gården. En snäll hund rör sig också fritt på tomten. Vi finns gärna till hands om ni har frågor eller önskemål.

Magiskt läge vid Luleälven

Rymligt boende i stort hus med stor gård och närhet till naturen. Idylliskt läge vid älven! Passar de som önskar lugn och ro med norrskenet som kan komma att lysa upp himlen. Aktiviteter såsom skidåkning, skoteråkning och mat över öppen eld kan ordnas direkt på gården. Det går att gå åka ut i snön direkt från huset.
