C’est une personne très amicale. Anais s’adapte à plusieurs situations je suis arrivé chez elle à 00h00 et elle m’a ouvert la porte (je l’avais prévenu faites de même). Je recommande.

Very comfortable stay in a great location with a family group

Really enjoyed our stay here- Had four of us stay comfortably. Lovely space, access to the pool is great, & everything was well equipped. Also fabulous situation & area, right in the centre of northbridge. Only issue we encountered was we found the check in instructions a little unclear. However, The hosts were responsive and helped us solve this right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious property. Easy access from Adelaide Tce rather than Hay St. Very close to most of the places, everything is within 3 km radius. Very spacious

Good flat in a nice block. Handy location for getting about in Perth

It was our first time in Perth and Northbridge was close to everything. We walked everywhere. The accommodation was neat and clean. Communication with the team was quick and responsive. They checked up on us in the first 24 hour and that made us feel welcome.

Place is convenient to get around … love the location. Had a wonderful time there There a cafe just below the unit… and service very nice bfast 💪🏼💪🏼

Awesome apartment in a great spot. It had everything we needed and was super comfy. The bakery downstairs was amazing (the croissants were next level, we went there nearly every day). We also had a swim and used the barbecue facilities which was really nice. Only heads-up is it’s across from a police station, so sirens at night caught us off guard at first, but we got used to it. Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay on Hay Street. The apartment is comfortable spacious & very well equipped. The hosts were easy to deal with & very prompt to answer any queries. The weather was extremely hot when we were in Subiaco so it was also lovely to have use of the small pool.

228 James Street is a well connected location to Chinatown, and near to Perth CBD Area. If you are driving it is also central to iconic places such as beaches or farms in swan valley. Nearby park centres such Mirrabooka, Ellenbrooke and Galleria are easy to drive to. Safe as it is next to police centre and secured parking place. Host being a property management company was responsive and helpful as we had an elderly and toddler to handle. Overall it’s a good location to stay in. Thank you!!!
