This is a second visit. Just as before, everything was neat, clean, and very convenient to our son's home. Ed very kindly allowed our grandchildren to visit. My husband and I felt right at home. Ed is very responsive and visits seem comfortable and easy. We appreciated the snacks left for us and the convenient amenities. We are comforted in knowing there is a lovely place to stay close to our NC family.

5 Stars — A Perfect Stay! Allison and Cory were incredible hosts! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was a breeze, the space was spotless, and every little detail felt thoughtfully curated. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The home was cozy, stylish, and had all the comforts you’d hope for (plus a few extra touches that made it feel special). Communication was quick and friendly, and they made sure I felt welcome the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our time at Cecil’s. The view is amazing and we were surrounded by birds and nature. It was a great location to get to everywhere and he was as helpful in pointing out places to go. The extra touches be provided were sweet (chocolate yum) and thoughtful. We look forward to staying there again! Thank you Cecil!

The place was very nice, located on a street surrounded by woods and houses. Very quiet. The apartment was beautifully decorated, warm, with all the details and more. I loved it as soon as I opened the door. Emily was super friendly, responded quickly, and the fluid communication was key to our stay. We had no problems at all. I highly recommend it, and I hope to return soon!

Beautiful Backyard suite was lovely. And the proximity to Asheville was quite convenient while being out of the bustle of the city. The hot tub (and lots of provided towels) made this location a wonderful choice to relax and soak away stress on a quick weekend getaway from Tennessee.

Our host, Alex, was terrific. Very friendly, responsive and kindly lent my husband a belt for an event we attended as he forgot to pack his own from home! The space is perfect and meticulously clean. Bed is very comfortable and kitchen has lots of pans to use for cooking which we appreciated. WiFi is good as we needed to work remotely for a day there (desk, kitchen table and covered outdoor picnic table provided lots of space). Not to mention aesthetically, it is a gorgeous place. Alex suggested a great park around the block (Bent Creek Community Center) and the neighborhood is walkable. Of course Bent Creek has fantastic trails close by. Highly recommended staying here! You won’t be disappointed.

Stephanie's place was very comfortable and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Great location with an easy walk to restaurants and downtown.

Bill and Leslie’s place exceeded our expectations! Myself, my spouse and our 4 year old spent a long weekend here and had everything we needed, and more than enough space. We enjoyed being able to walk many places easily— around beautiful Montford, to local restaurants and a nearby playground, and even downtown. Bill and Leslie were also very flexible and helpful in supporting a last minute change to our travel plans which we truly appreciated. They worked with Airbnb proactively to resolve my request, making a huge difference for us and I am so grateful to them for that. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended this spot to a few others!

If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

Good: Thoughtful and considerate about small details people might need when they are traveling, ex- first-aid kit, female hygiene etc. Neat and clean place. Extra spares like blankets and other stuff. The place is peaceful, close to nature. Things to consider: The other bedroom doesn’t have an isolation between bath and bedroom. It would have been good to have blackout curtains near the entrance door. And actual door or some form of partition there.

A very nice, clean. well stocked, and relatively large house. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Short drive to all parts of Asheville area services. Easy to get to Interstates. Susan is a very good host - responsive, proactive, helpful, clear directions, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice cottage. It provided a comfortable and quiet weekend getaway--and was about 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. (Highly recommend Jettie Rae's Oyster House!) And it's only 6 minutes to the NC Arboretum, which provided great hiking trails for us and our dogs. Michael is a very accommodating and responsive host and instructions were very clear. Would recommend.

Impeccable condo beautifully decorated. The views of the Blue Ridge mountains were breathtaking even during this time of the year that everything is dry.

Great condo in the mountains. Was visiting for a wedding so a very short stay but this condo had everything we needed. Spacious for a condo and gorgeous patio/porch. Hope to return in the fall and enjoy it longer with all the amenities available.

This was our third time staying here and I want to come back again and again. The perfect location and all that I want from Airbnb! The condo and hosts are wonderful.

We loved our stay!!! The owners were very responsive, the home is extremely clean and the beds are so comfortable…plus the treats were a nice bonus!

It is rare an Airbnb is even better than the photos but Derek and Misty's place was just that. No matter how much time you are planning to spend at the condo it is equipped with everything you could need and more. I have been coming to Lake Lure for over 10+ years and highly recommend their condo if you are coming with 2-3 people. It is also very pet-friendly. Hoping to be back soon!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the backyard area and zipline. The space was very clean and all the small details were well thought out and appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
