War eine super schöne interessante Wohnung. Strand 100 Meter fußläufig

wir hatten ein paar Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, aber kein Drama. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung und ist entsprechend ruhig. Für Restaurants und Supermarkt benötigt man das Auto. ein kleiner gratis Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und war schön und recht sauber und bietet viele Muscheln zu sammeln. kommen gerne wieder

Jacopo and Mario are class act hosts! Jacopo met us and led us to their apartment, helped us with the luggage, and stocked the kitchen with drinks and snacks (including a homemade cake). The apartment is a PERFECT location for exploring Ortigia. Nothing was more than a 15 minute walk. We spent a glorious bue sky afternoon on the balcony after a day of sightseeing. We plan to return to Ortigia and will absolutely stay here again, as well as recommend it to those we know (we live about an hour away). What a gem in a jewel of a city!

Very pleasant and quiet house in a clutch of streets near the sea about 15 minutes drive from Syracuse. The gardens are very pretty and immaculately maintained and the kitchen had an excellent supply of cooking equipment. The property is spacious and airy with good bedding and air-conditioning. Shower was very clean with strong pressure of hot water. As other reviews have noted there is no Wi-Fi but the 4G reception is excellent and I was able to use that for video calls et cetera so not a major problem. The host was very prompt and efficient in communicating and was super friendly when we met them at the house.

Punto a favore cortile ben attrezzato con doccia esterna super comoda e tavolo per mangiare fuori con dondolo relax. Zona strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle, Marzamemi, Pachino... spiaggia vicino alla casa poco affollata e ottima per i bambini. Forse un po' isolata dalle strutture. Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti e lo consigliamo perché ottimo x famiglie con bimbi e per una vacanza relax

Ho sempre sognato di poter abitare in riva al mare e il sogno è diventato realtà....Le indicazioni stradali sono perfette,i proprietari super disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni sulla casa e come gestire i rifiuti , dove poter andare a mangiare e fare la spesa. La casa è una bomboniera, per una coppia è perfetta,pulita e profumata , biancheria ottima,cucina abitabile e fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici, lavatrice compresa nel bagno. Aria condizionata,in poco tempo si rinfresca tutto, prese USB in tutti gli ambienti, utilissimo se dimentichi il caricabatterie del telefono, sensore di presenza gas. In giardino abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il gazebo per colazioni e cene al tramonto,se vuoi prendere il sole senza muoverti di casa, in giardino ci sono delle comode poltroncine, doccia e ombrellone. Il giardino è molto carino e curato, è un piacere stare seduti ad ascoltare il mare.Parcheggio auto riservato e accessibile dalla casa, pannelli solari per l'acqua calda. VOTO 10

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Wir reisten früher an als erwartet, wurden aber direkt herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und lud für ein Frühstück in der Sonne mit Blick auf das Meer ein. Nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß konnten wir über einen Zugang ins Meer gehen 🌊 Simone gab uns direkt Tipps für Unternehmungen oder regionale Spezialitäten. Er war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Ciao und viel Spaß in Bella Italia 🇮🇹🍕🍝🍦

Très bon séjour dans ce lieu apaisant. Le logement et l’environnement sont conformes aux photos. Proximité de la plage très agréable. Beaucoup de rangements dans le logement.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

Wir (Freundesgruppe) waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert vom schönen Ambiente. der Empfang war super freundlich und wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Haustiere (Hund und 2 Katzen) waren super erzogen und eine Bereicherung. Sie waren eher zurückhaltend. Corrado ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Die Woche in dem schönen alten Haus inmitten von Zitronenplantagen verging viel zu schnell. Auch der Ausblick über die Zitronenbäume und den wunderschönen Pool auf das Meer haben uns täglich begeistert. Liebe Grüße von uns alleb und bis bald mal wieder!

We had a really nice time in Pozzallo. The Airbnb was nice and clean, and the host was very friendly. The host was very friendly and always responsive and had some nice suggestions for restaurants and activities. Overall a really nice experience!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung wirklich genossen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und einladend, und der beheizte Pool war selbst im April ein tolles Highlight für die Kinder. Der nahegelegene Strand und die ruhige Umgebung boten eine angenehme Erholung. Da in der Gegend kaum öffentliche Verkehrsmittel vorhanden sind, ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Stunning villa, spacius inside and outside, huge porch with comfortable sofa and tv, private pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive to the shop. Perfect fit for 6 people, with lots of kitchen amenities and various glasses to enjoy wine or other sicilian spirits and delicacies.

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

La plage devant la maison très belle. Sable fin eau transparente très propre. Très calme à cette periode (fin avril) c'est ce que nous recherchions. Nos 2 enfants ont adoré. À bientôt. Il nostro soggiorno di tre settimane nella casa di Gabriele è stato ottimo. La casa è molto bella, pulita e provvista di tutto. Si trova in un'ottima posizione che consente di andare al mare in cinque minuti. Un posto tranquillo, silenzioso, davvero confortevole. La presenza dell'aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti ci ha permesso di affrontare i giorni più caldi senza stress. Gabriele e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

Vacanza estiva di assoluto relax! Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura nella 4 settimana di luglio. La casa, di nuova costruzione, offre tutti i confort che una famiglia desidera , soprattutto con la presenza di bambini, tenuto conto dell’immediato accesso alla spiaggia, delimitata da un solo cancello. Altrettanto apprezzato lo è stato lo spazio verde di giardino, ben curato, inclusa la presenza di giochi e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Una nota di merito anche per i gestori/proprietari della casa, cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. La casa gode inoltre di un’ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere le località di Avola, Noto e Ortigia, tutte pressoché equidistanti dalla struttura (circa 15/20 km circa) Per quanto riguarda invece il passeggio in zona, Fontane Bianche sicuramente non consente una mobilità pedonale eccellente , tuttavia sono comunque presenti servizi essenziali, bar, market, ristoranti etc

We loved the open, light-filled space and modern design. The house has a paved outdoor area with a nice seating spot and hillside views. It's well located in Gallina, a peaceful coastal area with calm beaches and clear water, close to Avola, Syracuse, and daily essentials. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities, such as an induction cooktop (2 spots), fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, and cookware. There’s a washing machine, smart TV, and Wi-Fi (approx. 10–15 Mbit, relevant for those who need to work remotely). A comfy double bed is in the separate bedroom, two single beds on the open mezzanine. Heating/cooling are via three AC units. Communication with Cristina was kind and via messenger. Indoors, sound carries quite easily between rooms and the mezzanine, which might matter to light sleepers or those valuing privacy. A comfortable and well-situated base for exploring southeastern Sicily.

Antonella's place in Avola is amazing and I really can't wait to visit again. I was with a group of four and the house was more than comfortable for us, having two bathrooms really made it perfect for all of us to fit. The real magic of this place is that the host has thought of almost everything and is the kind of host who will give you the best info for making sure you're enjoying the region. Antonella is one of the sweetest hosts I've had on Airbnb and she really goes the extra mile. The location of the apartment is perfect for a beach getaway: 3 minutes walk and you're at a great little public beach, ten minutes and you can see the larger beach near the piazza. There are three very close restaurants and a bunch about 10 minutes on foot. To get to the center of Avola, it takes about 20 minutes to walk. This is the best of both worlds: easy access to the beach and easy access to amenities. Absolutely will stay here again when I return to Sicily. Thanks for everything!

Nataleo made his way to the house late on a Thursday night (1.5h drive for him!) after us having had booked very short notice the same day to ensure he can welcome us in person. As we arrived so late, he had also stocked up some basic supplies so we didn’t have to go to bed thirsty after our long journey. He also managed to organize a high chair for our toddler. Very warm and efficient welcome and intro to the place followed by great local tips the day after. He was super responsive throughout our stay, always friendly and fast communication. The house itself is fairly new and was very clean, providing all essential amenities. Mosquito protection and a dishwasher would be great additions, but we definitely had a great time also without them and apparently mosquitoes don’t seem to be an issue in the very hot peak season. The beach is a 5 min walk and Marzamemi ca. 15 mins on foot. Car is recommended (grocery shopping, more restaurants, day trips). A stay is recommended!

We had a good stay at this clean and private place. We had to contact the host several times during our stay due to late check in, accidentally unpaid motorway toll etc. Giuseppe responded promptly and went extra mile to help. Many thanks!
