Upstairs there is an independent apartment for 2 people max with an additional cost. The house is surrounded by a unique atmosphere and silence. The garden, with aromatic Mediterranean plants, includes a relax area with deck chairs and swimming pool as well as barbecue and laundry room.

A 14km dal centro storico Ortigia, a 20 minuti dal centro.

Auch ein Babybett steht gratis zur Verfügung, bitte bei der Buchung anfragen. Gratisparkplatz innerhalb des Grundstücks vorhanden.
