The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. Animals are present in nature (ants/spiders sometimes in the house -wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night around the area) and any event connected to these animals are not seen as price reductory factors, please consider this when booking! Price is for the gr. fl. only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

Our unique and stylishly furnished direct waterfront MyFlat Sunset Beach77 Premium is located in the Sunset Villa Park in Siofok. The terrace offers a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Balaton. At the moment there are 2 buildings in the Villa Park. Please note that in this year, the construction of additional buildings will start in the area, so on weekdays construction noise may disturb your relaxation. A másik teraszról 37 nm, - amely a hálószobákból elérhető - könnyen feljuthatunk a 60 négyzetméteres tetőteraszra, ahonnan a bámulatos kilátás tárul elénk a Balaton felé. Es ist auch ein perfekter Ort für Fischer. Die Terrasse auf dem Balkon bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick. Unsere großzügige Terrasse im Erdgeschoss ist sonnengeschützt. Wir befinden uns neben dem Káli-Pool, sodass Sie sich nicht langweilen können. Das haus und steg werden nur von den Gästen genutzt.
