Minsus als Ferienunterkünfte in Tainan

I love how helpful and flexible Jane is. She is also very responsive with Airbnb messages and phone calls. She gave us a lot of great suggestions for food around the area which was very helpful. She also helped us get a taxi and gave us an estimated price range so we could decide the best route and cost for us. She also was very nice when I called for her to check on something I left in the room after check out, and left it on the table for me when I would come back for my luggage. Overall, really great place and love the cute decorations.

非常可愛溫馨的一家民宿 在五妃廟附近而已 整體住起來很舒適 牙刷毛巾沐浴乳洗髮精洗面乳乳液 什麼都有 房東人也很好很熱情 最棒的是還有提供摩托車！ 隔天沒住戶也讓我們很晚退宿 超感人超親切 朋友們都很喜歡 唯二小缺點 是廁所太小跟被子不是很舒服 但都乾淨整潔不影響 價錢實惠 CP值真的很高

房間舒適乾淨，附近很多景點可以逛逛，而且又很好停車。房東親切回覆速度快，下次還會來住👍

You can tell that the host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. From the furnishing to the small bits and pieces like full set of toiletries, fruits and bread, bottled water machine, etc. Although lack of washing machine might deter people from longer stays. Parking is included and if you happen to pay for it in order to leave the carpark, the host will reimburse the full amount. Thumbs up. Guohua Youai Shopping District is literally right around the corner, plenty of local delicacies to sample. It's bustling at night but you don't hear that inside the house. 4th floor has a thick mattress and toilet with showers and bathtub, most privacy out of all floors. 3rd floor is tatami, 2nd floor kitchen and lounge and 1st floor has a toilet with shower and a sofa which can be converted to sofa bed. Ideal for the elderly people. Overall was satisfied with our stay, thank you to the host for the extra effort.

Es war eine saubere und entspannte Unterkunft in einer Wohngegend, mit dem Taxi nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es aber auch schon leckere Restaurants.

Amazing place as hidden gem with very traditional building style like stone stair. The balcony on 2nd floor is beautiful and the place I like most during the stay. However, it might need to be more transparent with indoor cameras in living rooms for both floor. It is understandable that they might be installed for safety purposes but it has privacy concerns especially it is not disclosed in property introduction nor instructions/information after booking. I would come back myself if I have a chance, but probably not with whole family due to privacy concerns.

整體住宿體驗很好，民宿主人很親切！我們度過了愉快的三天兩夜，下次會推薦朋友來住～ 地點稍微隱密，附近路比較小條，但也因為這樣很清幽、安靜！

The host was super communicative, even picked us up from the railway station and also brought us back on our departure. Located near many restaurants. Very spacious home. Great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Washing machine was really convenient to have. Would stay again if ever in Tainan. Thank you, Nai Chang!

很開心找到這房源，因為是回台探親，所以這裡讓我有家的感覺，加分的是有洗衣機、停車場。附近有很多餐廳及超市，非常方便！ 如果再回台灣一定會再來住！

房源很美好，可以享受寧靜的氛圍，也能夠使用廚具好好的煮自己想吃的食物，離市區也都很近！開車的也有位置可以停～走路散步的距離有三間便利商店，星期六晚上還有夜市哦！ 房東溝通迅速友善，非常喜歡！期待下次再來！

We had a great stay at Elaine's resident while visiting Tainan. It's very centrally located and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as street markets. It is also walking distance to some of the key attractions in the city amd a short taxi/Uber ride from the train station. The resident was very clean and spacious, will everything you need for a short stay. Elaine was a great host and checked in via online messaging regularly to make sure we're comfortable and got everything we need. Would highly recommend this house as a base to visit Tainan & Southern Taiwan.

非常好的住宿，有家的感覺。 還有很讚的藍牙音響與投影機，一進房間就先放音樂，晚上再投影看大螢幕Netflix ，非常chill。停車也很方便，樓下還有全家。 房東人很好，第一次入住會先帶看環境，熟悉一下，下次會再來😆

The apartment was clean spacious comfortable and a great location in Anping. Three good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious dining/lounge area was perfect for our three generation family of five for 10 days. The airconditioning was great and having a washing machine /dryer made life easier. We did have an issue with the internet falling out at times and this effected the TV. Near by was a supermarket, coffee shop, 7 Eleven and Anping Old Street all within walking distance. Janet was the Perfect Host. Every enquiry was handled promptly and efficiently. Checkin/checkout made easy by Janet despite our lack of language. I would highly recommend this Apartment.

This is my second stay here. The location is excellent. The room was very clean and well taken care of. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. I loved it! I would recommend to all my friends. Hope to come back soon!

巷子會有點窄倒車入庫的時候需要技術！整體非常寬敞，我們七個人住綽綽有餘，客廳的沙發很舒服，還有本子可以留言，還有提供小零食，廚房是雙門冰箱，床很大可以睡得下三個人，二樓的浴室非常大還有浴缸可以泡澡，三樓還有鋼琴！馬桶是免治馬桶！是個很好的住宿體驗，但要注意吹風機兩台同時用的話可能會跳電，房東回覆訊息的速度很快，也很貼心的介紹我們附近有什麼好吃好玩的，走路去大東夜市十分鐘內，附近有小七，位於住宅區所以氛圍很安靜。

友人同士6人で滞在しました。友人は初めての台南でしたが、とても素敵な宿でとても喜んでいました。場所も神農街や市場から近く、とても便利な立地でした。 何よりホストがとてもフレンドリーで、リクエストにすぐに対応して下さり、安心して滞在する事ができました。 お部屋もとても素敵なノスタルジックな空間です。3部屋の寝室にそれぞれシャワールームとトイレがあるので、プライベートな空間でくつろぐ事ができます。台南へ行かれる方には是非おすすめしたい宿です！

周圍環境方便性高，步行即可抵達商圈

剛好遇到附近團體在辦活動到晚上11點，我們也忍受到晚上10：30因為家人有二老怕吵，我們馬上當下告知房東，房東馬上報警處理在十分鐘以內處理完畢！房東很維護住客的權益，這點很棒，提醒就是熱水有點燙要注意一下，房東都很貼心有在次貼上警告標語！原本對這間民宿沒有太多期待，因為外觀看起來比較普通，但一走進去真的讓人驚喜。室內佈置溫馨、乾淨又有質感，住起來很舒服，整體比預期好很多。唯一要注意的是室外的蚊子，建議傍晚在戶外活動時可以準備防蚊措施。整體來說還是非常推很超值👍👍👍

This lovely house is perfect for big groups! The building itself is old, but inside is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything, from the decor to the necessaries provided, are very well thought out and we were pleasantly surprised. The living room on the first floor is such a cozy and inviting space where everyone can hang around. The beds are comfy, and there is a toilet in every bathroom. The only downsides are the stairs being very steep and the location is not the easiest to get to via transport, but taxi in Tainan is pretty cheap. We also liked how the neighborhood is very quiet yet there are many restaurants nearby. It’s a truly local experience, and I would highly recommend this place.

L’appartement de James est très joliment aménagé et décoré. J’ajoute que les informations pour accéder à ce logement sont très claires et James est très arrangeant pour pouvoir aménager l’heure d’arrivée ; ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié car j’avais de lourds bagages. Si je devais revenir à Tainan, je reviendrai à l’appartement de James.

We wish we could have stayed longer as the villa was wonderful. Full of character, spacious, and with all the amenities you may need. We had a great time enjoying the outdoor area, and we loved that yoga mats were provided. Bed was very comfy, and the host was so lovely. They sent us local recommendations and were incredibly quick at answering any questions we may have. Highly recommended!
