I cannot say enough about Paul! Proactive, great recommendations and an all-around fantastic fellow! My children, two dogs, and I had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat! The place itself is immaculate and has a gorgeous view of the Chesapeake Bay. Minutes from the Naval Academy and an easy ride to the Greenbelt metro so we could catch a DC United game in the city.

What a wonderful place for a peaceful, lakeside getaway. Upon entering the space i immediately wanted to move in! So cozy and spacious with great natural light. I loved watching the sun set beyond the lake. Kevin was a gracious and responsive host. I felt very welcome and cared for. Highly recommend!

We were on the eastern shore for a quick weekend trip to do some hiking in the area. We spotted Brad’s place and the location looked quite appealing. It was even more than we expected - quiet, serene, and right on the water. The space was clean and cozy, exactly enough space for the two of us, and we had ample room to enjoy the outdoors. If only the weather had been a little more cooperative - the wind off the bay can be quite something! We enjoyed sitting in the cozy warmth and watching out the windows - we even ventured onto the deck for a bit, despite the wind. The fresh-baked cookies were an extra plus. This is also a great spot for birdwatching!

Cute and clean place, with comfy beds , nice shower and lots of little thoughtful touches that make one feel welcomed. The location is very peaceful and beautiful. The hosts are most kind and accommodating. We only stayed one night but hope to be back for a few days when the weather is warmer to spend time on the water.

Beautiful property - everything was just as advertised and more. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Quiet, private location with gorgeous views. The hosts were exceptional - very gracious, thoughtful and accommodating to any possible need. We were delighted to find the house so beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great location,* quiet, with lovely view (on water). King bed and comfortable sofas. (*1/2 way between Easton and St. Michael's.) Brandon was a responsive host. Enjoyed tasty dinner at Bistro restaurant.

The place was perfect and we loved watching the sunrise over the bay every morning. Nice quiet neighborhood and great fenced in backyard for the dogs. The house was as described and looks like the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to come to the Annapolis area.

Great place! very charming, relaxing, peaceful! No problem feeling right at home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Here are a few pointers for those who are planning to stay here: - Its pretty far from grocery / convenience stores - about 30 minutes one way. Do your homework before you get to the place, and try to get all the supplies you will need ahead of time. - The bathrooms are Jack and Jill's so if you're going to a big event - in our case a wedding, make sure that you have a bathroom plan in place as you will have to make sure both sides of the door are ready for who is going to take their time first. No biggie if you're used to j&j bathroom arrangements. I totally recommend this place for a group of 4 - 6 who want together time to relax!

We had a wondferful time with extended family at this beautiful spot where you're surrounded by nature and expansive views from inside and outside the house. The views of the water and sunsets are breathtaking. The house has everything needed to cook family meals and share a comfortable and revitalizing time.

This house really is a beauty. Our family had a great stay here. The kids loved the double bunk bedroom and playroom. And Ryan really does a great job of being responsive and providing all the toiletries and supplies you may need while traveling (but may have forgotten to bring). We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

This property was wonderful. We were there with another couple. The home was well appointed including a lovely coffee area. Well designed, nicely decorated that was up to date and clean. The view was wonderful. We enjoyed the towns of Cambridge, St Micheals and the Blackwater Preserve.I would definitely come back again!
