Gorgeous views.  Convenient location. And spotless!   Phil’s place is simply fantastic.  The waterfront home looks out to the Opotoru River estuary, which is an intertidal/coast plain estuary. There is an abundance of birdlife to observe. There is a pleasant walking trail along the bay, accessible from the backyard. My daughter and I were lucky to have a clear night with a new moon.  Even with some ambient light, we could see the Milky Way and the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) with naked eyes from the comfort of lounge chairs on the deck.  To describe it a starry night would be an understatement. The place located conveniently between Raglan and the surfing spot at Ngarunui Beach. This is a new house in a new development.  It’s a thoughtfully designed, comfortable home with simple but beautiful spaces facilitating indoor/outdoor living.  The host was very accommodating, prompt, and clear in communication.

What a lovely host!! Jaimee was such a lovely person to deal with. She gave us early check in if we removed our own rubbish off site and late checkout. She also allowed us to have an 8th person. The property was big enough to house all of us. It was brand new & had the most amazing view and sunsets 🙌🏼 Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property 🩷

Fabulous place for a weekend away. The host was very responsive. The house has fabulous character and was really well set up. Definitely recommend to others.

Lovely clean house with spacious living areas and a large deck. Great views of estuary. Walking trails close by, and walkable to town. Very enjoyable stay.

We cannot say enough positive things about Brendan and his place. It’s pristine peaceful spacious. Beautiful family neighborhood. Easy access to sights, groceries, highways. Brendan was quick to respond to questions, super flexible and the directions for checking out were clear and simple. It’s THE perfect place to experience Hamilton and access other fun parts of the North Island!

This was my second stay at Matt’s place and just as before, the perfect place to stay in Hamilton. The house is so cosy, clean and comfortable. Lovely decor and so spacious. I will miss listening to the birdsong with a coffee in the morning. Matt is a fantastic host who is warm, friendly and responsive. I will absolutely hope to book again when I return to NZ. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Diane's beautiful home. The location is excellent – walking distance to Waikato University, grocery stores, and warehouse shopping, which made everything so convenient. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, perfect for families. The house itself is immaculate and spacious, with plenty of room for our kids to play both indoors and outdoors. The surrounding trees created a lovely, natural atmosphere that we all enjoyed. Diane was an exceptional host – incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. We felt right at home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting Hamilton, especially families.

We had a wonderful stay, Cath and Meg were both really friendly and kind. Our 6 year old loved all the children’s books, indoor and outdoor games. It is super family friendly, relaxing and a perfect for star gazing.

Great one night stay. Felt like a home away from home. Wonderful bed, no road noise so awesome sleep. Nadine is super lovely and her very friendly pets added to the charm. Thanks for the cups of tea, warmed croissants and plenty of chats.

The property is beautifully presented, in a very quiet and picture perfect location. We had a wonderful time, and surprised ourselves with the good rest we all had. The living space and outdoor area are massive, and it is a very perfect location for a weekend away.

Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️

Carol-Ann was a wonderful host to me and my partner. The property is beautiful, lovely gardens and super cool house. We felt very welcome there and made great friends with her cat. There is also a nice view of the hills from the house, Maungatautari etc. Very close to cambridge, and all its cafes, and Carol-Ann prepared us breakfast every morning with her home made bread. Thank you Carol-Ann for a wonderful stay!

We had a huge week looking after a school group while staying at Jacqui's place and the only negative was that we could not spend more time at her place around the pool or enjoying the incredible grounds

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful gardens. So private and peaceful. Perfect for our group of 8. Graeme and Jenny were so kind and responsive. Loved it!

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.
