For me Mr.Arun's place is convenient because of it close proximity to SRMC where we go for the annual medical check ups. He and his family have always been very responsive and accomodating.Apartment is maintained well and I am happy to see the consistency since this is my second stay there. I would definitely recommend this place to others who want to stay near SRMC, Saveetha campus and Poonamallee.

Booked Satish’s place for 5 Days for my family. Felt at home. It’s a cozy place in a serene and peaceful neighbourhood. Many restaurants, bakeries in walkable distance. Place was neat and clean and well maintained. Host was just a phone call away. Overall nice experience.

I had an amazing stay at Priya’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The positive vibrations in the house made it an absolute pleasure to stay in. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, but in reality, it’s even cleaner and more well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bed linen, towels, and blankets were spotless. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the parking area was a great convenience. Commuting to and from the location was effortless, and having Kapaleshwar Temple within walking distance was an added bonus. Priya is a wonderful host—she is always approachable and attentive, ensuring that even the smallest requests were taken care of almost immediately. The neighbours in the building were also friendly, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. From the very first day, it truly felt like home. Loved the place! Host was friendly, housekeeper was very responsive. Place is very clean and exactly like the photos, actually more spacious than it looks in the photos. Location is a little far from tourist attractions, we already had rented a scooter before coming here, so that worked well for us But honestly, I enjoyed this Airbnb more than the tourist attractions I went to (lol) Dogs are cute.. they barked initially, but became friends in matter of minutes Very homely, peaceful place, Worth the price! Will 100% visit again the next time I'm in the city

I stayed at Vivek's place for 4 days, after having to check out early from another Airbnb due to some challenges. Vivek was extremely helpful, accommodating of requests, and stuck around for a bit to walk me through the place and answer questions while checking in. A goodie bag full of snacks was waiting for me in the kitchen as well. The place is well-furnished, and located in a very clean gated society. Out the balcony on the 13th floor, the night time view is beautiful. Complimentary housekeeping every day was a bonus, and Vivek continued to proactively follow up to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The only minor inconvenience for me personally was that the place is a bit far from the city center, but that's something I probably should've verified first before booking the place.

My family and i had a wonderful stay at this place recently. The place looks exactly like its pictures and is located in a peaceful location. The host is responsive as well so I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cool spot in kochi to hangout with your family or friends

Entire essentials were provided by the owner and were kind enough to help us at any point of time when required. The location was too amazing and peaceful.
