fun pickleball weekend with friends! bedrooms were fairly comfortable but we spent most of the time outdoors (pickleball, pool, bonfire, veranda). host is very responsive and caretakers were accommodating. thank you TG Residences!

Mikel made the difference, and why I stayed at his Airbnb. And the fast Fiber internet at 200-300+ Mbps was very important and wonderful. Coming from the USA, an AC unit would be nice in the downstairs, but that is not typical for PH homes. Great place to stay. 5 stars.

After a long drive, arriving at Cath’s place felt like a reward. The check-in was quick, and the guards were friendly, making the transition from road-weary to relaxed effortless. The room was cozy and spotless, with a bed that provided much-needed comfort after the journey. We enjoyed the stay, which was just what we needed after the drive. The peaceful surroundings and excellent facilities made the staycation worth the trip. I’d definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway after a long drive.

It really is the patience (in answering our questions) and the courtesy that the hosts provided that made our stay worthwhile. The place may be a bit far, but we've had access to transport and delivery service. Also, the instructions on how to get to the place was on the spot - unlike other properties located in suburban areas that required us to literally hunt for the exact location. This one didn't give us a hard time. Every single amenity described worked as expected. There were sufficient cookery, kitchen appliances and dinnerware available for a small family or group to make their stay absolutely feel at home. Our pre-schooler didn't want to leave and wanted to make the place a permanent home. I guess a child's POV is enough for other future guests to consider spending their staycation in this small but posh property. There were minor mishaps but that didn't impact our stay at all. The hosts were positively receptive about us mentioning to them this micro mishaps.

Sir michael's place is highly recommended for family and friends gatherings. very spacious, clean and comfortable. it has a functional and well equipt kitchen and a nice pool to enjoy. will surely recommend.

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

We had a pleasant stay albeit we were requested to check in late. They kindly offered us to check out late which is a good thing. The place is lovely and the kitchen has all the things you will need. AC is everywhere so it was pretty cozy stay. Will definitely book again if we find time.

I booked this place last minute and was honestly blown away—it did not disappoint! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get, if not better. The space was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. The staff were all so warm, welcoming, and helpful—it made a huge difference. You really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. The host was also super responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. All in all, a fantastic stay. We enjoyed our stay because Bed, Bark and Breakfast was homey and peaceful. My kids were dog and cat lovers too, so they were happy to spend time with the dogs and cats at AKF, and our dog Tofu was exposed to other dogs and socialized for the first time. Aris was also very responsive to our needs.
