Yes, our home is as it looks. A notch above the rest. Minutes from Samsung, it has hosted families & corporate groups monthly or weekly. Easily sleeps 10. Relax in our fenced in backyard or watch TV from the sleeper sofa in the temperature controlled garage/game room. It essentially has 2 indoor gathering places divided by a gorgeous breezeway (& one covered outdoor area). Each bedroom sports a TV, as does the large living room, near a full Chef’s kitchen. Parking for 2/3 vehicles comfortably!

Lacey Cottage

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Round Rock, this entire guest house is comfortable & centrally-located. Use it as a launchpad for exploring Central TX from downtown, Dell Diamond, the Round Rock Sports Multiplex and Kalahari Resort - just 25 minutes from Downtown Austin. The guest house shares the property with our home so we’ll be close by should you need anything. Please note: The kitchen does not have an oven. Salt and Pepper are provided but no cooking oil, coffee or other food items

Hayloft at the Lookout Stables

Our one bedroom Hayloft has an amazing panoramic view of the Texas Countryside with balconies on each side of the apartment. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

Relax at this quaint 10-acre family farm just outside of town. Only 5 minutes from top-tier Texas BBQ and shopping, you can experience it all or just slow down and simplify. Just 15 minutes from Lake Granger, feel free to bring your boat for skiing or fishing while you’re here. Enjoy the garden, chickens, and pigs along with the majestic Pecan Trees that are great to hang a hammock and read. Bottom line…getaway for a night or spend the week. It’s a great tiny Texas farm house to choose.
