It is our personal apt that we rent out when out of town (Upstairs is a 3br BNB and completely locked off, neither party can enter the other unit). Located easily accessible to the beaches, golf restaurants, aquarium, shopping etc. in the Bradenton, Anna Maria, St. Pete and Tampa areas. You will find everything you need to feel at home in this apt.

The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.
