This guest suite is the lower level of our home and has no shared indoor spaces. Outside you’ll be greeted with beautiful views and a shared hot tub for an unmatched in town experience.

This Black Hills Basecamp is ready for your next adventure, just minutes from downtown Deadwood and Lead and a short drive to Spearfish, Sturgis and Rapid City. This retreat house is situated on a private road with open mountain views + seasonal stream in the back you can enjoy with hot tubbing or foosball after a day of activities.

Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.
