Very good property perfectly located between Surin Beach and Bangtao beach (5 mn walking). Good maintenance of the building and apartment very well equipped for a long stay. Nice rooftop with view to Bangtao beach. Professional staff at the reception and good communication with the host.

Это было наше лучшее жилье в путешествии по Таиланду. Идеальная чистота, белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца. Проект квартиры идеально продуман дизайнером (все находится на своих местах). Кухня чистейшая, есть абсолютно все для приготовления еды. А какие тут виды с балкона…. не оторваться. Территория комплекса просто супер!!! (Все свеженькое, красивое, тренажерный зал, парковка, бассейн и барчик на крыше просто обалдеть). До пляжа Сурин минут 15 пешком. Магазинчики минут 10. Евгения, очень приятная хозяйка, всегда на связи, готова проконсультировать по любым вопросам. Нам бы очень хотелось именно сюда вернуться.

Wir hatten einen kurzen aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet und von der Größe einfach perfekt. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft super gelegen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Zum Strand sind es auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

We were a family of four, and the stay was great for a family. The space was big, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, about a 10 to 15-minute walk to Kamala Beach. Check-in was smooth, as the manager met us upon arrival during the day. The host communicated well throughout our stay. The only issue we faced was a sink blockage that wasn’t fixed, but overall, we had a good experience. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Erica's house! It was the perfect stay for our family. The spacious layout allowed everyone to feel comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It was a great place for them to play and cool off after a day at the beach. The location is just a short walk away to the beautiful beaches, making it easy for us to enjoy sun and sand whenever we wanted. Erica was a fantastic host, providing everything we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, we highly recommend Erica's house for families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation spot! We can't wait to return!

Отличная чистая квартира, соответствует описанию. Приятный район. Озера, дорожки для прогулки, по выходным ночной рынок с вкуснейшими морепродуктами. Не далеко супермаркет Tops. Минут 10 пешком до 7/11. До моря тоже идти 10 минут. На крыше комплекса расположены бассейны, беговая дорожка, зона для барбекю. Крыша открыта до 21.00. Нормальный интернет

The apartment was well located in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed our Stay and will deffinatly come back again.

Yun was an amazing host, always very responsive and helpful with anything. The villa matched the description and was perfect for a peaceful vacation. We loved the pool!!! Would recommend this property and Yun as a host!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zudem ist sie dem Flughafen sehr nah. Es war alles super.

JM a été un hôte très accueillant et réactif dès notre arrivée. Il nous a accueilli dès notre sortie du taxi et a su répondre à toutes nos questions concernant les alentours. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu avoir de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils pour les visites. Endroit paisible où il y fait bon vivre au coeur de la nature. La villa correspond entièrement à sa description et elle est très spacieuse. Je recommande JM et ses villas à toute personne qui souhaitera réserver ici.

Location is right near beach, many nice restaurants and food stalls just a few steps away. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. The only downside for us is the beds are extremely firm.

A lovely stay at the apartment, about 1km from the beach which made a lovely scenic run in the morning and a quick bus to the supermarkets. We had such a lovely time. Will be back!

The unit was amazing! I can't speak highly enough of how impressive it was. We were less than 50m from the ocean. The entire complex was beautifully set out with swimming pools the length of the complex. The unit had two master bedrooms as well as a third separate bathroom. Vevee also had every imaginable accessory for the guests included in the unit. There is also a regular shuttle from reception to the local shops (Turtle Village) which had everything you would want. We will definitely go back again.

Amazing place, amazing location, amazing host. Cici kindly arranged airport transfer and was a wonderful host. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and well located with a short walk to the beach. Would stay there again and have already recommended to others.

This place was great! Basically a studio with a sliding glass door to separate the bed from the main living space. It's clear glass, so not private. The view from the balcony was toward the beach, but even though it was the top floor, we couldn't see the water. Still,a beautiful view of tree tops and sunset. Only negative was that there was almost no water pressure in the mornings, and therefore no hot water either. But that got better later in the day.

Wir sind von Mel absolut begeistert. Sie denkt an alles (inkl. Ersatzbatterien), ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir empfanden die Geräusche der Klimaanlage als nicht störend. Der WLAN-Empfang in der Wohnung war für uns ausreichend. Die Außenanlage ist sauber, die Pools sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind in Ordnung. Die anderen Gäste in der Anlage haben sich ruhig verhalten, so dass alle entspannen konnten. Der Sandstrand und das Meerwasser sind sauber. Es sind keine Bootsanleger vorhanden, von daher ist es am Strand leise. Es waren keine Hunderudel und keine Mücken am Strand. Getränke und Essen an der Strandbar sind gut, schmackhaft und preislich angemessen. Es gibt alle 30 Minuten einen Shuttle-Service zum "Turtle Village", wo sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden. Taxis stehen vor der Anlage oder GRAB bzw. BOLT benutzen. Gerne wieder!

Le logement de Nata était très propre, très spacieux. il était suffisant pour notre famille de 4. Réactivité par message airbnb et whtspp parfait. L’endroit et très très calme nous étions moins d’une dizaine tout les jours dans les nombreuses piscine à cette périodes de l’année. Emplacement un peu éloignée des centres d’intérêt mais ce n’est pas grave si vous cherchez le calme et si vous prenez l’avion les jours suivant. Merci Pour votre sérieux
