Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Thalang District

We came for a couple of nights and finally stayed 8 nights because we couldn’t leave this area and this apartment because it was so nice and cozy. and we love it. definitely will visit it again.

Eine schöne Wohnung in einem großen Hotelkomplex mit Blick ins Grüne. Besonders die Tachterrasse mit Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Fußläufig ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Raissa’s place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Raissa was there to meet me upon arrival, and communicated promptly to messages. Her condo is spotless, and adorable with comfortable, quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect and is a 5 minute walk to the beach and many nearby shops and restaurants. You won’t be disappointed, I highly recommend it.

квартира маленькая, компактная. расположение супер! Квартира чистая, аккуратная. Только вешать на балконе ничего нельзя (штраф 500 батт) На крыше 2 бассейна и грильницы есть. До пляжа можно на автобусе доехать или на местном катере (бесплатно). На короткий срок самое то!

Номер полностью соответствует фото и описанию. На сообщения отвечают оперативно. Номер действительно выходит в бассейн на северной стороне, а это значит что там прохладная вода. Зато никого никогда нет. Бассейн можно сказать - личный. Техника вся работает. Постельное белье хорошее и чистое. Посуды достаточно. В общем из аналогичных предложении, на момент нашего отдыха, это был лучший вариант.

We absolutely loved our stay! The villa is incredible and the pool view is amazing. Pan, the live in maid was lovely and very helpful. We were very grateful for her, especially as she was able to get us water. The hosts were also very responsive and answered all of our questions. The location is a little inconvenient being at the top of a very steep hill and being somewhat far (10 minute drive) from Bang Tao. Although we just got a grab (Thai Uber) to and from the villa which wasn’t too bad! Would definitely stay again!

Dave ist ein Super Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und Modern. Die Anreise und den Checkin haben wir gemeinsam mit dem Gastgeber und der Assistentin geplant. Außerdem haben wir eine Übersicht aller Ausflugsziele in der Nähe erhalten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir habe den Aufenthalten sehr genossen. Anastasia und ihr Team sind super, immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war super nahe zum Strand, viele Essmöglichkeiten und mit dem Tuk tuk kann man sich gut fortbewegen. Das haus ist gross, gute Küche, alles war sauber und die Zimmer sind gross. Also sehr empfehlenswert 🙏🏽

The house is spacious and beautiful. We have many problems within our friend group with many change in plan but the host was quick to respond and helped with a fair solution. Best suit for family or friend group to gather and have talk. Definitely will come back again next year.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Die Unterkunft entsprach komplett den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung. Andrii und Julia haben blitzschnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren sehr hilfsbereit. In der Unterkunft selbst war alles Notwendige vorhanden. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten zu essen und einzukaufen. Ein Strand ist nicht weit weg und schön breit und ruhig. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die die Gegend etwas abgelegen ist und es nicht so viel zu unternehmen in der Nähe gibt. Aber alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert.

Чистая, просторная квартира, отличная территория отеля. Jackie, сделала все возможно, чтобы мне с семьей было комфортно. Приятно удивлена была, что при заселении Jackie позаботилась о том, чтобы у нас было в холодильники продукты , даже печенье к чаю, очень приятно. Море расположено в 50 метрах от отеля, я была с маленьким ребенком, это удобно.

Such a nice staying and nice place

This property is a great value! The unit was immaculate. Host is super responsive and friendly. He usually responded in less than 5 minutes. Direct access to a beautiful, clean beach. Surf can be a bit rough, but it is definitely swimmable. Highly recommend

Natalia’s place was absolutely beautiful. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying there and we definitely plan on coming back. The location is perfect as it’s very close to the beach, 7-11, money exchange booths, restaurants, etc. The staff was unbelievably amazing as well. They were extremely kind and helpful when it came to navigating around Thailand. This place is definitely worth it!
