A 15 min. walk from the station and Broadstairs town, 3 sandy beaches and the village area of Reading St and it's famed cafe. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

It's a 20 minute walk to the centre of Broadstairs to enjoy the many pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as some interesting shops and a lovely cinema. For some relaxing beach time head to Viking or Stone Bay. Margate and Ramsgate are a short distance away. A perfect base to explore the Thanet coast!

A quirky, peaceful space for 1/2 people with a luxury SUPER KINGSIZE BED (6' x 6'6"). Tea/coffee/milk & toiletries are provided in the room. We're near Walpole Bay Beach & Tidal Pool, Shops & Old Town, Theatres, Eateries, Bars, Parks & The Viking Trail.

Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
