A piscina térmica é excelente, os supermercados são bons e o ônibus gratuito é um grande diferencial. Son é um host extremamente atencioso, educado e disponível. Ele cuida de cada detalhe para que você se sinta em casa! Havia muitos produtos de higiene pessoal e limpeza, carregador de celular ao lado da cama, robô para limpar a casa, lava-louças e uma ótima lavadora de roupas. Nos sentimos muito acolhidos e recomendamos 100% este Airbnb. Foi um prazer estar aqui!

We enjoyed our stay here at this apartment. ROOM: The room was squeaky clean and very spacious! There were multiple sockets around the apartment and they even provided toiletries! The bed was very big and comfortable, and we had a lovely time cooking at the kitchen due to its complete cooking pans and pots. The refrigerator was functioning well, and the bathroom was squeaky clean! There was even hot and cold water! I have no complaints! SERVICE: Owner was very kind and responsive. The check in instructions were so clear, we didn't have trouble getting in! LOCATION: It is, however, quite far from the old quarter and west lake. That's the only sad thing I could think of. PRICE: The price was super affordable. It's quite a really good deal, we definitely got much more than what we paid for. Overall, I highly recommend! We had such a comfortable stay in this place!

A great place to stay in a local neighbourhood in Hanoi - away from the tourist areas, but close enough that it’s only a short Grab ride away! Surrounded by bustling markets, and cheap eats. And of course, several Bia Hoi!

This was perfect! Everything like advertised. Such a cosy and clean room. Great location. The Garden Bistro cafe with beautiful romantic scenery nearby. The experience was so much fun and special and I'm so happy we got to take pictures and enjoy our time together there! We enjoyed and would book again.

We visited vietnam for 12 days and this was our favorite stay of the entire trip! I visited Hanoi with my family and this place felt like home. There was always someone available to us at all times. The location is at old quaters which was very convenient. The house in itself is so pretty and Pinteresty, we loved it. Huyen, was available on phone/text and responded in seconds, disregard of what our query was. We even got some souvenirs from her as a gift. Even the cleaning lady was so sweet, she did not speak English but whenever she saw us, she smiled and said bye- like at all times! :) Overall our stay was amazing, place is clean, exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful, the hosts are also very friendly, English speaking and helpful. Do not miss this place in Hanoi.

Bylo trochu složitější to najít (Google Maps neukazují přesně), ale Linh mi obratem poslala fotky s popisem a pak už to bylo snadné :) Ubytování klidné,čisté,prostorné,a hlavně se soukromou pračkou,což na cestách oceníte!

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

This place was a lucky find for us. Convenient, memorable, well-located. We loved the style and decor of the place. There are 4 floors with multiple layouts, which works out well for a big family because it affords privacy but you still feel all together. The location is right next to Hoan Kiem but tucked away down an alley so with a little peace and quiet. I loved looking out on Hanoi from the rooftop. The hosts were super flexible about a bunch of things and helped accommodate our two year old as well. They arranged taxis for all our major trips and helped out with advice about timing and locations. A standout experience!

Lovely place:) Good location, quiet and peace, and a lot of things to do around this area. Ha is so kind and responsible everytime. A cleaner comes once a week so the house is clean as it's described. I really like staying in this house and wanna come back again. Thanks a lot!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt bei Dieu Anh, die Unterkunft entsprach exakt den Beschreibungen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die äußerst schnelle Reaktionszeit von Dieu Anh wenn Fragen aufkommen oder etwas unklar ist. Sie brachte uns zum Beispiel Medikamente weil wir in der Apotheke nicht das richtige finden könnten, von der ersten Nachricht bis zur Lieferung in die Unterkunft vergingen 27min... grandios. Absolut zu empfehlen!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

Place was exactly as described. Huyen was a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Allowed me to check in a little early than the original check in time. She let me leave my luggage at her personal unit in T2 so I can walk around the mall without any hassle. She had my luggage sent to the unit and it was there when I checked in. The unit was new, spacious, clean, and the interior design was luxurious. Smells good, too! Provision of laundry pole in the balcony, spoon, and hand soap for the bathroom sink or kitchen sink would be appreciated. I saw a couple baby roaches around but maybe bec other units in the building can be kind of old. All appliances were working well. Basic amenities were included. I already booked her place again for my trip next month. Overall, I had a lovely stay! Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a prime central location, just steps from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, surrounded by great food spots. Despite its location, it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful. The space is elegantly designed, fully equipped, and offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay in Hanoi.
