Livingstone Villa is tucked up the hill directly above the village of Wilderness. It offers fantastic ocean views from multiple terraces and is a quick walk to restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The villa is tastefully furnished with a luxurious primary suite. We did not use the other bedrooms, but the floorplan is a great setup for 2 couples or a group of friends. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed many meals there. We even used the indoor BBQ grill. Highly recommended, I would not hesitate to book again.

Wow!!! what a beautiful spacious home! The house is so well set out and they literally have everything you need. Perfect for families or groups of friends. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are such a treat after a long hot day on the beach. The front patio and braai area is where we relaxed later in the evenings. Gillian was amazing from booking to checkout. This will definitely be saved as a favourite for next time we are in plett. Thank you for everything Gillian and Thobeka.

If you're looking for a place in Plett for a family holiday with young kids (ours are 9 & 6) then this is a superb house. Nice safe and peaceful complex, communal areas are clean, the pools are great, and the house has everything you need. BUT please note the 3rd outside bedroom is actually tiny. It's a double bed, right up against the wall. My parents (Granny and Granddad) also joined us and no way they could use that as a bedroom. They can't climb over each other to get out of bed! So they moved into the 2nd bedroom and our kids slept on mattresses on the floor for 10 nights. The outside room is perfect for 1 teenager/adult. The house is well equipped, and lots to do on rainy days. It definitely needs some TLC and in need of a modernization but overall a good family holiday house in Plett.

I can't wait to return. The serene farm stay was perfect for a family break from the city's hustle and bustle. There was a sprawling lawn for the kids to enjoy themselves, and the crate of bats/balls, etc., was put to good use. It is eye-opening to see what the city kids are missing. The hike to the river was amazing, and not once did the kids have a chance to even think of saying they were tired, as nature kept them guessing around every corner. Linda was amazing from the initial communication post-booking until after checkout. Genuine farm hospitality!

We stayed at Sue's in our way up the garden route and it was just what we needed! The hot tub was warm and ready when we arrived, the property fit our family of 4 perfectly and it really was a lovely quant little flat. The surroundings were amazing - so beautiful. Would happily come back!

Cindy's place is great, with a wonderful outdoor entertainment and pool area. The kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms comfortable. Cindy was quick to reply to any queries or requests for assistance. Thanks Cindy!

Thesen Island is a great place to stay…..safe , secure and within easy reach of local amenities. Lianne was an excellent host, always on hand to answer any questions and help make our stay most enjoyable. Highly recommended.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, great for entertaining. The location is perfect and +- 150 m walk to Sanctuary Beach The complex is quiet. Really a great holiday in a lovely holiday home.

This comfortable beach home was perfect for our family with lots of cozy beds for everyone. The view from the upper deck is fantastic; the perfect place to enjoy your dinner as a family or read a book as the sun is setting.

For golfers this is a fantastic location as there is easy access to a least five excellent courses. If you like a tranquil home with great views and security this is the place for you. Ideally situated on the Garden route it is a great place to base your explorations. Delarey is a very amenable and enthusiastic host who ensured that we had a great stay with all the home comforts and pizza oven! We are looking forward to returning next year.

We loved everything, the house is equipped with everything you need, our stay coincided with my birthday, there is a restaurant on the waterfront where we were able to get oysters and champagne. At night the house offers a very beautiful view of the mountains and the coastline and of course the starry sky. Julia was very kind and it was a pleasure to talk to her. Definitely recommend for an unusual experience.

We spent 6 months in this house on a long term Airbnb. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and made our stay so easy. The location and house are perfect for a family with kids, or anyone looking to enjoy all that Knysna has to offer!

The place was absolutely cosy and had a homely atmosphere. Great value for money and definitely worth a second visit.

We loved our stay at Helga's cottage. Wonderful outdoor balcony to relax and watch and hear the birds in the garden. Right next to a big open park area which is perfect for the dogs and just a couple of minutes walk from The Bell restaurant. Close to Brenton on Sea and a 5 minute drive to Knysna Central. We love staying in Belvedere for the quietness and nature. Thank you Helga for welcoming us and our 3 dogs, we all had a wonderful holiday and hope to return soon.

We loved our stay at Dylan and Janine’s home. It was warm and welcoming and in a lovely area! The hosts were very communicative and responsive and went the extra mile! They installed a back up battery and inverter prior to our trip so we were very grateful not to have to deal with load shedding while on holiday! Thanks Dylan and Janine for graciously sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home with great ammenities. We loved staying there. It was so peaceful with lots to do around us. If we didn't want to go out we could braai and swim and ride bikes which was lovely. Would definitely reccommend staying there.

We spent a lovely 12 days in Lesley's cottage. Lesley was a thoughtful, caring host who went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The cottage was lovely and the surroundings peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

A huge thank you to Peter and Chery! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the stunning view from the balcony — both in the morning and at sunset, it was absolutely breathtaking. The place is spotless, fully equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. Nothing was missing in the kitchen or bathroom. I truly enjoyed every moment, and if I come back, I’d love to stay here again without a doubt!

We had an amazing stay at Tessa’s place. We were travelling with grandparents and 2 kids aged 8 and 11. The property felt like a ‘home from home’ in a very beautiful and peaceful setting (amazing views of the estuary) . The property had everything we needed and more including bikes, kayaks, well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The estate itself has great amenities including a cafe and pub. All the rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious for our family. Lots of open reception spaces and outdoor spaces for relaxing. It was also the perfect place for exploring Knsyna and surroundings.

Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

Oliver’s place is beautiful. The views are stunning. The villa is in a private estate with views of the ocean and the golf course. We woke up every morning to some amazing views from almost all parts of the villa. Oliver and Amelia were very friendly and quick to communicate. We would happily come back!!

Brian was an awesome host, very friendly and quick to respond to any questions before arrival. Spacious, clean, everything you need when away from home. Most definitely worth it, will recomend this beautiful place.
