Your Lodge is close to Foxton Locks, Market Harborough, Rutland Water, Melton Mowbray, Uppingham, International Space Centre. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Private hot tub! Please note that there is an additional charge of £20 per pet per stay. Note 3 night minimum. dogs must not scare any sheep, horses.

The cabin Great Bowden , is a modern design using UK cedar wood to help sustainability, with all amenities on your door step. Great to escape and relax. Separate/to the side of the main house in a fabulous central location of Great Bowden. We provide complimentary tea and coffee , with Nespresso Machine , Toaster and Kettle along with a small fridge and a smart Samsung TV and microwave. And when its hot!! we have a Dyson cooling fan. We allow 1 small dog there is a fee of £10 for the duration

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Unique Countryside hideaway

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Charming cottage in picturesque country village

Entire private flat within charming cottage situated in picturesque country village. 10 mins from Market Harborough train station. (Only 1 hr from St Pancras Station.) Half an hr from Stamford & Rutland Water and only 10 mins from small market town of Uppingham. We offer two interconnecting double bedrooms with shower room and kitchenette with dining table in family home. First Bedroom on 1st floor and 2nd bedroom on second floor, within apartment. Tea, coffee and milk provided.

Willow Cottage

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Greylag Cabin at Marston Lodge

Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).

Beech Barn is a cosy, rustic studio apartment in a lovely rural setting with superb views and yet walking distance to a great pub with restaurant and a village store. The room has a private patio, Wifi, Smart tv, seating area, en suite shower as well as a small kitchenette with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave. The space is entirely independent and there is parking onsite.
