La struttura è suddivisa su 3 piani, ognuno dei quali si raggiunge con una scalinata tipica dell'architettura medievale. Dimora V.lo Leoncini è ideale per chi desidera immergersi nella storia dell'antica Tibur.

Il centro di Roma è raggiungibile in 40/60 min. con l'autobus (fermata sotto casa) o treno (stazione ferroviaria a 700 mt).
