Took my family away for an extended weekend and ended up choosing Jer’s place to stay. The kids enjoyed all of the things to do: pool table, games, fooseball, sauna and the hot tub. The weather didn’t cooperate as we would have hoped but we still had lots to keep us entertained while there. Cool set up from the new construction addition to the old farmhouse. Kitchen was loaded with anything you would need to prepare a meal and the space was clean and tidy. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy your space Jer, we all had a blast!

Larissa was very helpful and responsive. Communication was great. The place is beautiful and is set up well with anything you might need. The views are amazing and it's very peaceful. I'd definitely go back. Absolutely beautiful place.

Great gals weekend. We really enjoyed the General Store and exploring the area. The house linens were great, beds comfy and the seating areas too :) Weather wasn't conducive to using the outdoor spaces and as older folks we didn't think we'd manage the step stool to get into the hot tub. If there's a next time, we'll try the bustling "Justin's Oven" !!

We just wrapped up a relaxing week long stay. The views were incredible. Many lazy days in front of the wood stove were had. All ready looking forward to returning. The beds and linens were top tier and everyone enjoyed turning in for the night. If you are looking to get away and escape this is the spot. Many thanks to our hosts for sharing this little slice of heaven with our group.

Really enjoyed my stay at this peaceful and private retreat! My favourite little surprise was that I could watch horses running around in a neighbouring field from the living room window 🐎🐎🐎 The house was incredibly clean and easy to find, and the hosts offered some lovely suggestions on local activities I might enjoy. Would recommend a stay 👍🏻

We had an excellent time at this chalet for a weekend getaway. The chalet was clean and organized when we entered and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is ideal being located about a 5 minutes drive to the Blue Mountain village. We had some unforeseen circumstances due to the weather and Katie was very responsive and accommodating during this time, which was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend staying at this Airbnb!

This place was just perfect for our little family . Great spot to venture up to the grotto . Aundrea was a great hour and very responsive when asked .

My only concern is that there was one huge spider web in kitchen, and some smaller ones in upper corners of some doorways. The downstairs bathroom floor had hair and baseboards could be cleaned. The Violet room bathtub needed to be cleaned before use. Underneath the radiators was dust accumulation which I wouldn’t expect at this price point. Pool and hot tub were lovely and with bringing our own portable ramp we were able to make home accessible for our needs. Beautiful dishes, lots of variety of china, linen napkins, pantry contents. We didn’t find a keurig but they had a fancy coffe machines but no instructions on how use. We were not familiar with use lol. We enjoyed the history of the building, architecture and beautiful art work. Lots of space to find quiet times and not have to be with everyone all the time. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Recycling was fabulous and set up idiot proof. Shower in white & dark blue bedroom had no temp markings & were opposite to tub

Armand and Katherine are super hosts! Their place is so beautiful and surrounded by nature. If you need a place to relax and want to experience peace and solitude, I highly recommend Cardinals Roost :) Thank you very much for our amazing stay there, we will definitely come back again.

La casa es espectacular. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La cocina está perfectamente equipada incluso tiene copas de plástico para el jacuzzi! Estos son detalles que se agradecen. Onkar’s property was beautiful! He was such a kind host, very accommodating and considerate! The weather was a bit colder, but the hot tub was perfect! The backyard is huge. Perfect for playing games and running around. Overall Onkar’s place was perfect for my friend group of 12. So much space that we didn’t feel cramped up at all. We would definitely stay again!

Place was amazing and our group really enjoyed our stay. Would 100% return the place was super concurrent and super nice.

Good place for big crowd!

Halina is an exceptionally amazing host. I felt I was at home. Her place is incredible and she is super nice!!!

Firstly, this home was the nicest vacation home my family and I have EVER stayed at. It was very spacious, luxurious finishes throughout , it fit my family of 7 very well. The rooms are all good sizes. There are 4 rooms with beds in them, an office on the main floor that we put a crib in for the baby and an additional room in the basement which could be used as a bedroom if you bring a blowup mattress. The backyard is huge, the playground set was a great treat for my kids, however the hot tub did not seem like it was operable. Mina our host was absolutely AMAZING! Her response time to any of our enquires was very prompt, she made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. We would have loved if the home had blackout curtains as the rooms get quite bright in the morning when the sun comes up, but it wasn't the end of the world. All in all, it was an AMAZING STAY! Definitely recommended!!

We came for the long weekend (15 of us) and had a blast. We loved the surrounding areas and went for a long walk, the trees, the views , the colours 💕💕💕. The had clear instructions and sticky notes everywhere and there was no confusion. We stayed up for the campfire late, used the hot tub, grilled our meat, and had the time of our lives. Even though we just stayed for one night it felt really long. We are grateful for Todd and Karen and their amazing place with beautiful interior details. Will recommend this place.

Loved this cabin in the woods. Really close to so many awesome hikes and the hot tub at the end of the day was very luxurious. Everything was perfect. Jacqueline is an exceptionally attentive host with beautiful design sense that shines in every corner of the cabin. Would love to return again to explore more of the Bruce Trail and surrounding towns.

It’s a very cute and clean cabin, it was perfect for our girls trip. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, they were quick to help with any questions.

A wonderful escape for a quiet weekend away. 30 minutes from Tobermory. Lovely welcome gift, fantastic host! We loved our stay.

My family had an amazing stay at Jennifer's cabin! We came for a ski weekend with our 2 young kids and our dog. It was just a short drive to the ski hill, but the cabin was situated a ways back on the property and we felt like we were in our own winter wonderland. The cabin had everything we needed, including board games! and the wood stove kept us nice and warm. We enjoyed hiking around with our dog and also spending time in the hot tub. Jennifer was very communicative & responsive and we felt extremely taken care of and welcome. We hope to come back again one day!

This cottage was great! We appreciated the super well-equipped kitchen, as well as all of the items available for kids. It was a relaxing week with great views of the lake from the cottage, hot tub, and fire pit. Very thankful they were able to accommodate us on short notice and will happily try and come back again!

Amazing house, great host!

Larry’s place was spotless clean, an immaculate and dreamy Bruce Peninsula lodge. Everything was so thoughtful, from the design and layout of the space, the hot tub just near a washroom with shower, the walk path to the sauna, the covered grilling area for dinner al fresco, a spacious foyer for leaving hiking boots and sandy things, it was all so stunning and so comfortable. If you’re looking for a beautifully designed space, in a gorgeous log cabin, with very tasteful antique decor, and every possible comfort and amenity- this is the place.
