My family and I love staying at Christine's space. the basement apartment is clean, spacious, kid-friendly and has everything you need to feel at home. While away one day, I asked for a step stool for my son. When I returned, I not only found the step stool at the front door, but on top of it was a dino toy and beside it were cars and trucks for my son to play with. Without asking, they provided my kiddo with extra toys to play with, all of which he enjoyed.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay because it was quiet and the hosts had thought of every possible need a visitor could have. We found easy access to bus and metro routes that only required short walks and discovered 14th Ave has many useful stores.

If you are going to Orioles games with kids, it's a great spot, as the room looked right at the stadium. My kids were mesmerized looking out the big glass windows. A much better deal/space than a hotel room. We enjoyed walking everywhere!

The garden apartment is a spotless, roomy, well-decorated, thoughtfully-appointed space. The mattress was also extremely comfortable. David is a kind, communicative host. My daughter and I had a wonderful mini-break!

Nice spot in a great area. Live like a local but easy access to all the tourist spots. Perfect for a weekend in DC.

What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

We had a great time staying with Felix and Sara. It was exactly what we needed during our home renovation. Very convenient and the perfect size and location for us. Felix and Sara and their family were super communicative and accommodating. We so appreciated having a comfortable place to stay with everything we needed during a stressful time.

A fantastic base for my annual trip to Washington DC , everything I could need for a stress-free break. this was my 2nd stay in this apartment and I'll certainly be back.

Jillian’s apartment was just what I needed for a quick stay in DC. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I didn’t do any cooking there but there was a nice coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and so was the TV room with a good couch. It is a basement apartment so there isn’t much in the way of windows or natural light, but I didn’t spend any time in the day there. Also keep in mind it is a solid 15-minute walk to the metro, so I ended up mostly getting an Uber to downtown (which was easy). Overall, a great spot for a short visit to DC!

Timothy was a great host with a fantastic spot to stay. We were very appreciative of where we were and how fair the price was.

We enjoyed staying in Rodrigo’s unit. In terms of sleeping arrangements, I prefer a firmer mattress—the bed provided was comfortable and perfect for me. I was able to work from home and go for walks around the beautiful neighborhood. Rodrigo was incredibly friendly and greeted us in person.

Great clean place, quite area, good bus connection to central DC and in general met the expectations 👍

Brent’s place is well appointed and easy to locate. A great spot to walk to restaurants, the water, shopping and downtown Annapolis. The furniture was exceptionally comfortable and the apartment was spacious. Will definitely look to rent again when we are in town.

Enjoyable space with great communication, perfect location for necessities that are often within five minutes of driving. Great lighting with phenomenal interior design choices, I recommend Ray’s place any day.

I was staying here for an event at the turf valley resort. it was an all day thing so while I stayed two nights I was rarely there. nice, clean, good area, real close to turf valley if you have something but it's sold out. the sofa bed was super comfy, and they are purring in a mattress soon. I would stay again, in fact maybe for next year's event.

This place was great. Nice amenities like a dishwasher, coffee pot with grinder, garbage disposal, etc. Some of these things most folks to put in their rental unit so that was appreciated.

Absolutely amazing! The place had so much to do whether it was outside or in! Swimming in the pool, hot tub, kayaking and/or paddle boarding on the lake, giant yard games. Inside had a pool table, wide variety of board games, and many streaming services. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful in many way. She had a binder full of local places for food and things to do! She truly showed us the best of Maryland.

Great stay. Very spacious! Beautiful pool and hot tub. Cecilia was very quick to respond to any questions we had!

Beautiful apartment and responsive host. Safe building with key fob needed to enter building and use stairwells and elevator. Amazing coffee shop right underneath the building with a grocery store across the street was very convenient. 10 min walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again
