Casa Villea ist eine neu renovierte Wohnung in der ersten Etage unseres Hauses. Der Zugang erflogt über eine Außentreppe, die direkt zu Ihrer Terrasse führt. Das wohnung liegt auf halbem Weg zwischen Palermo und Cefalu. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Bett, einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa für zwei Personen (eine Schiebewand ermöglicht es, den Nachtbereich zu privatisieren), einer Küchenzeile, einem Badezimmer und einer Terrasse von 30m2 mit Meerblick.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor
