Si accede all’appartamento dal cortile che è l’unica cosa in comune con il piano di sotto,dove si trova un altro appartamento abitato. La casa si trova a 150 m della spiaggia e 500m dal centro dove si trovano bar,ristoranti e negozi.

Villa Cecilia

Villetta ultimata nel 2016. Questa si trova su di una piccola collinetta e si affaccia su tutta la costa . La vista dalla stessa casa permette di ammirare a sinistra la costa della riserva naturale di Torre Salsa, centralmente la spiaggia di Bovo Marina e a destra la Costa di Eraclea Minoa . Insomma un panorama mozzafiato. La villetta ha un ampio spazio esterno con piante e fiori tipici della macchia mediterranea. Una strada privata permette di arrivare fin davanti l'abitazione.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

Casa Corte sul Golfo di Eraclea Minoa

A 30 km da Sciacca e dalla Valle dei Templi di Agrigento sul golfo di Eraclea Minoa, in posizione collinare ma a breve distanza dalla bellissima spiaggia di Bovo Marina, sorge una bella casa-corte da cui si gode un panorama mozzafiato. Dalla finestra del salotto lo sguardo corre dalla spiaggia di Torre salsa (riserva naturale) a Capo Bianco. La spiaggia di Bovo Marina non è molto affollata anche in piena estate.

Siamo una famiglia di Bolzano e siamo lieti di ospitarvi nella nostra nuova casa. La villetta si trova nella Costa del Mito a 800 mt dal mare, immersa in un giardino di ulivi nella riserva naturale di Torre Salsa. La casa ha una vista bellissima sul mare dove si possono ammirare ogni giorno dei tramonti spettacolari di diversi colori. A pochi passi si trova il nuovo resort Adler Sicilia.
