First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

Lovely Cottage (newly renovated) Riverside Cottage is a newly renovated barn conversion on a quiet lane in Rhossili within walking distance of three wonderful beaches; Mewslade, Fall Bay and Rhossili Bay which is often recommended as one of the best beaches in the UK. It is also great for many coastal and inland walks and surfing. The cottage is entirely self-contained (though attached at one end to the old farmhouse) and has its own spacious outdoor area with tables/seating/BBQ and parking.

A stylishly rustic annexe furnished with a considered collection of vintage pieces and set in it's own secluded valley, twenty minutes stroll away from the majestic Three Cliffs Bay. The property comfortably sleeps four, has delightful gardens and oozes charm and character. Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.
