The place is great. Very close to Groveland places to eat, market etc. There is a nice lake close by and its a good place to go in the evenings. The host Vicky is very responsive. She would always respond within 30 minutes. Place was quiet. I loved the interior. The cabin feel is perfect. Its close to Yosemite park entrance.

We had such a wonderful time. The House was perfect and the area is beautiful. We already miss the creek and the froggies at night singing us to sleep. the beds where comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment, and the dog dishes and bed were perfect. There was so much for the kids to do. they loved the stream and waking up to see deer and turkeys walking in the back. We definitely will be back and recommend your house to all our family and friends

This house was so clean & cute!! Gave us the perfect space for our out of town family to stay and roomy enough for local family members to visit. This place worked out PERFECTLY!! We enjoyed every space in this home. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee on the deck. Our Texas family played the lottery in hopes they could buy the place and not have to check out lol.

This place is a dream for families! My two girls didn’t want to leave. They had so much fun playing Pac-Man, playing with all the cool toys (magnetic tiles and a dollhouse?!), and enjoying in the hot tub. The location is perfect, five minutes from downtown Groveland and 40 minutes from Yosemite. We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb’s, and this one was definitely one of the cleanest. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. We would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to all sorts of great nature, peaceful and quiet for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub and game room was a game-changer, and every detail was clearly designed for comfort and convenience. We loved staying at Nancy and Gary's place. We were there with our 13 month old and they put up a safety gate to the stairs for us. They also had a high chair and were kind to accommodate a check in time around my daughter's nap. I appreciated being able to walk to the (small but) private beach right by the house. They also gave some great local suggestions. highly recommend.

The location is great! Lots to do in Pine Mountain Lake and close to Groveland and Sonora if you need to find places to eat and shop. Also just 30 minutes from Yosemite. Al was a great host, we had a couple of hiccups and he was very responsive and took care of our needs. We have stayed here a few times and every experience has been great! We definitely plan to come back many more times. If you’re looking for a home base while going to Yosemite or just a nice peaceful getaway, you can’t go wrong with this place.
