Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

The back is private + fully-fenced w/ covered porch with fountain and furnishings for outside living. Inside you’ll find old original (yes creaky) wood floors, tons of character, comfortable unique furnishings + ultra fast internet/cable + smart TVs and a 1925 piano.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the middle of an almond orchard on a private road. Collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast paired with fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.

The Studio is a warm and inviting space, custom built as a detached structure in the backyard of a home, located on a quiet, tree lined street. It has a private gated porch and is surrounded by lush plant life. It is fully furnished and loaded with amenities...from appliances, kitchenware and condiments, to personal care items. Comfortably fits 2 adults, featuring a queen size bed with memory foam mattress & topper.
