Ferienunterkünfte mit Sauna in Toskana

Our family really enjoyed the location of Serena’s apartment. Very walkable to many attractions and accessible to public transport. It’s also nicely decorated and stocked with supplies. Our host was responsive and checked to ensure our stay was comfortable. Unfortunately we did have trouble with the air conditioning. The main floor conditioner worked well and kept downstairs cool. There is a split in each bedroom, neither were functional due to the electrical panel tripping after a minute or two. Serena sent an electrician out the second day (we appreciated her quick response) which fixed the electrical issue however the upstairs stayed hot for our second night as well. An important note is that the apartment is 4 floors up and there is no elevator. I assume this is common in Florence! Overall we loved the location and enjoyed our stay!

Lovely location with incredible views in every direction. The apartment is centrally located to many things you might look to do in this region. A very nice change to staying in hotels in the big cities. Marta was very responsive for both anything we needed for the apartment and also any area recommendations we needed. The apartment is well appointed and the instructions were thorough. Great stay!!

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i San Giovanni in Poggio. Sara var mycket vänlig, kunnig och hjälpsam och vi saknade absolut ingenting. Omgivningen är hisnande vacker. Kan varmt rekommendera att åka hit.

Torre del Barbagianni is so very lovely, the setting is incredibly picturesque and Alessandra was the perfect hostess! From the moment she greeted us we felt right at home. The accommodations were perfect, we had everything we needed for our stay. We were within easy driving distance to the local grocery, restaurants and the train station. Alessandra was always available for assistance, recommendations or friendly conversation, she even brought my wife her own shawl to keep warm with when she saw sitting outside on a chilly evening. That is the level of kindness and thoughtfulness Alessandra provided. Torre del Barbagianni is the perfect homebase for trips to Florence, Lucca and Tuscany. You will not regret booking your stay here with Alessandra!! Perfecto!

Il luogo è molto tranquillo, bello il terrazzo, che offre una rilassante vista sui dintorni collinari. Ben fornita la cucina. Bagno spazioso. Nel complesso l'appartamento è molto confortevole. Bisogna però avere l'auto, perché è in una frazione molto piccola.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was more beautiful and peaceful than we expected. Our room was well appointed and the surrounding property was well maintained and very charming. The entire experience was so special. Our host, Michela, was also very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back again in the future!

L'appartamento spicca per la posizione perfetta: vicinissimo al centro storico di Siena, tanto da poterlo raggiungere comodamente a piedi in 10', e abbastanza lontano dal traffico delle principali vie da poter godere della pace di una residenza in campagna. La cura nella pulizia e nella manutenzione della villa salta subito all'occhio, così come la cura nell'andare incontro alle richieste e le necessità dell'ospite (nel nostro caso in merito al check-in, le forniture per un bimbo piccolo, l'utilizzo della piscina fuori dagli orari stabiliti). Le dotazioni dell'appartamento sono andate oltre le nostre aspettative, abbiamo fatto buon uso di una macchina per il ghiaccio durante tutto il soggiorno e del gazebo con bbq. I listened to other reviewers who said to book this if this apartment is available. I can confirm, you need to book this apartment if it is available. The space is so beautifully designed and the location is perfect. It is very central but also quiet. The only downside to this apartment is that you may find yourself not getting out and exploring Florence in favor of spending time in such a beautiful and comfortable space. I cannot recommend this apartment more.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

Wir haben ingesamt 8 Tage auf dem Anwesen von Mateo verbracht und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist unglaublich idyllisch - ein toller, ruhiger Ort um sich zu entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde zwischendurch sogar gereinigt. Auch die Pool-Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Restaurants und Supermärkte können innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto/Fahrrad erreicht werden. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Château! Rosita est une vraie perle qui nous a beaucoup aidé avec des recommandations locales. L’endroit est magnifique pour se reposer et profiter des environs. Le seul bémol c’est que nous sommes allés en avril et le Airbnb était rempli d’insectes (punaises marbrées). Ce sont des insectes plutôt inoffensifs, attirés par la lumière. Le Airbnb est à la campagne donc c’est assez normal. En plus, le temps était frais et humide durant notre séjour. Ceci dit, si vous avez une peur bleue des insectes (comme moi), c’est difficile d’y séjourner! Nous avons tué environ 20 insectes en 3 jours! En même temps, c’est le prix à payer pour rester dans un si bel endroit rustique et magique!

숙소가 넓고 무척 깨끗합니다. 주방도 훌륭하고 화장실도 청결했습니다. 입실때 직접 맞아주시고 친절하게 설명해 주어서 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 모든것이 좋았고 다시 오고싶은 숙소입니다. Matteo님께 감사드립니다.

Una breve fuga dal caos cittadino immersi nel silenzio e nella natura. Mauro molto amichevole e disponibile. torneremo sicuramente!

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

Pasamos una semana increíble en la casa de Pietro. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas y es preciosa. El paisaje y la situación de la casa es increíble, lleno de naturaleza y muy cerca del pueblo. Espero poder volver otra vez con mi familia. Muy recomendable para vivir una experiencia en la Toscana!.

Casa stupende, tenuta molto bene e siamo stati accolti in un modo spettacolare. Spiegazione dei servizi ottima e ci hanno portato anche dei pasticcini, mi sono sentito come in un hotel 5 stelle ma con la privacy di una casa di proprietà. Stiamo già pensando di tornarci, tranquillità e relax sono all'ordine del giorno ed essendo circondati da ulivi e campi si respira anche un'aria pulita. Consigliatissimo e Rossella è stata gentilissima, disponibile e accogliente, meglio di così non si poteva fare. voto 10/10

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa struttura.... L'accoglienza è stata calorosa,con una cura nei dettagli che fa sentire subito a casa. L'alloggio è arredato con gusto, pulizia impeccabile, confort di altissimo livello. E poi la vera chicca... l'idromassaggio... Lo abbiamo adorato!!! Se cercate un luogo dove sentirvi coccolati, questo è quello giusto. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile!! Grazie ancora a Diego e Chiara... There aren't enough stars to rate Casa del Capitano this was our second stay and we live in the state of Washington USA, it's a bit of a jaunt to get there but it is sooooo worth it!!!! It's not just a place to stay, it's an experience of a lifetime. Michael and Andrea have taken on an unimaginable task of turning this spot into something magical, truly there are not enough words to describe it. The view, the interior, the comfort, the added touches are extraordinary, the sauna, the spa, are beyond perfect and did I mention the view....absolutely breathtaking!!!! The town with the most charming restaurants is the best, we planned our 4 week trip so that we ended with Elba, Monte Grosso and its incredible hosts, it was hard to leave but God willing we will return someday soon...xo D&D

Het verblijf 'Casa Elisa' was beter dan we hadden verwacht. Het is een groot huis met zelfs een kelder met sauna. Het zwembad in de tuin (met buitendouche en toilet) en het huis zelf waren brandschoon. Er was geen stofje of spinnenweb te ontdekken (zelfs niet achter een kast die wij verschoven om bij een stopcontact te kunnen). Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was adembenemend en de omgeving was fantastisch. Je bent zo in plaatsjes zoals Siena, Arezzo, Perugia en er is vlakbij ook een groot meer waar wij een dag een bootje hebben gehuurd (aanrader). Kortom, we kunnen het iedereen aanraden om bij Lorenzo te boeken. De communicatie met Lorenzo was ook uitstekend, goed te bereiken via app en spreekt goed Engels. Zijn vader komt elke dag even het zwembad checken en schoonmaken en zijn moederdag heel lief een heerlijke taart gebakken.

The house is lovely, very private and has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail. We especially loved the outside area (although we were a little unlucky with the weather in mid-September and couldn't use it much). The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious and airy with gorgeous views from the balconies, bathrooms are nice and clean and the downstairs kitchen is well equipped and cozy (also comes with a pantry which is super helpful for storage). Some basic food supplies were also provided. The downstairs living room area was overall a little darker than we expected because the windows aren't that large, but I would reckon that keeps the house nice and cool on hot summer days. Valentina was a perfect host - super quick to reply, very helpful and always keen to solve any problems that arose. Would definitely recommend staying here! 🩷

Parfait! Superbe logement fonctionnel calme et confortable idéal pour un séjour en famille. Accès facile a Florence en train (15min) depuis la gare (5min de voiture). Un grand merci à Silvia et son mari pour leur accueil chaleureux et toutes leurs recommandations. Nous reviendrons!
