Relax, play board games, foosball or arcade basketball inside or enjoy the fire pit, disc golf course, stargaze, hike, play horseshoes or picnic at the pavilion. Several State Parks are within an hour’s drive that offer fishing, kayaking & swimming. Only 15 minutes off the turnpike at Willow Hill exit Route 75. Watch out for the Amish buggies!

WiFi is available. If you like old trains Eastbroad Top Railroad is close. Small town. Couple restaurants, old fashion ice cream shop, bank, Mini Mart and more. Raystown Lake is 30 mins. away. Thousand Steps for hikers. If you like hunting State Game Land is real close. Hunters are Welcome.

Sherman's Getaway

This farm nestled against the Tuscarora State Forest offers a comfortable place to stay with the peace and quiet of a country setting. With a spacious front yard and 10 acre field with plenty of room for outdoor activities. Bordering the Sherman's Creek, makes it a nice spot to go for a walk or dip your feet in the warm summer months. Wildlife abounds, so bring your binoculars! Take time on a clear night to view the majesty of the stars as there is very little light pollution.

Cozy country charm

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.

Pet friendly Creekside Cabin in Landisburg, PA. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Down a lane along the creek in the peaceful mountains. Nice getaway with lots of nearby outdoor activities! Hiking nearby at Colonel Denning State Park, Audubon Hawk Watch, Opossum Lake and Little Buffalo State Park. Outdoor fire pit next to the creek and propane fire pit on the back porch for rainy days. PLEASE NOTE - the cabin is in the woods, you will encounter bugs and animals.
