Peaceful & Cozy Private Living Space- Pond View

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Approximately 2 minutes from Rails to Trails, 10 minutes from Cadillac, 20 minutes from Reed City, Luther, or Marion, 30 minutes to Caberfae, and just a few miles from the closest lakes & snowmobiling trails. This is a guest suite within the host's residence. It has its own exterior entrance and hosts are on the upper floor.

Tustin Treasure on Diamond Lake

Cozy and comfortable lakefront cabin is situated on Diamond Lake. Diamond Lake is all sports, but generally stays very quiet. The fishing is great. There is an excellent boat launch. Be transported back to simpler times in this 3 bedroom/1 bathroom cabin. There are two large living rooms, a dining area, and an eat in kitchen. The cabin is nostalgic with very basic modern amenities. This is a great place to relax and a super launching point to Cadillac & Traverse City, etc.

Private home tucked back in the woods on 20 acres with close proximity to the Manistee National Forest. Hiking trails throughout the property. Kids tree house. Large outdoor firepit with firewood included. 20 miles to Caberfae Peaks ski resort and 50 miles to Crystal Mountain ski resort. Public ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.
